Needed one room for night because needed to be in the area and the beds/room were clean. The hotel hasn't been renovated but is clean. Maybe they could add some white paint to brighten up the lobby.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Cool salt water pool and jacuzzi. The bar only opens on Fridays and Saturdays, which was not great. The HVAC system and pool area was a bit noisy and made it hard to sleep.

We had a good time especially the kids that were there during winter break and all about going in the pool! It seemed like they had a great time too! The only issue is the perfect sleeper beds are not super comfortable. Unfortunately we had a tough time sleeping on them needed more of a pillow top.

I loved staying here for two nights on a weekend getaway. Room was cozy, spacious and very clean. Bed comfy, shower and tub good. Breakfast abundant and tasty. I appreciated that the fridge in the room has a freezer compartment. Very affordable, friendly staff. The only thing I would have changed is I would have stayed in the main building to be near the pool. This place has multiple buildings so if you are not in the main buildings so had to walk to the main building. Not a big deal. Could hear traffic from the street and the room heater is loud at times but neither troublesome. Couldn't hear neighbors and the weekend was a busy one. Would definitely stay again for another visit to the Berkshires!

Totally embodies the Berkshires and rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast was exceptional with a vast assortment of hot and cold items. Staff were welcoming and helpful from front desk to bar area.

Very clean and comfortable. Large pool and great hot tub. Employees very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast had lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.

We have been coming back to this hotel and it never disappoints. It’s location is perfect. Close to Lenox district, Stockbridge, Lee, and Pittsfield. Our room had a beautiful Mountain View. The king size bed and bedding were super comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, clean, and well supplied. Tv, WiFi, and ac worked fine. Breakfast was enough for us. Friendly guy at reception which made check in and check out a breeze. Safe environment too.

My husband stays at they hotel every week for work and for the first time this week, the front desk girls decided it be ok to hind him her number. Clearly some people are not there to work but to flirt with customers. Other then that the hotel is good

We had a great 1 night stay. Our room was quite spacious with a king size bed, a gas fireplace and a bar area . The bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The room was very nice and clean. The fireplace kept us quite warm. The hotel also had an indoor pool and small hot tub. We also enjoyed our light breakfast.
