Wir genossen unserem Aufenthalt , Parkplatz war bequem und Pool war schön , große Lage, wäre schön gewesen, ein Zimmer mit dem Pool zu bekommen , wird nächstes Mal fragen . Wir fragten, ob wir kein Eis haben, wurde gesagt, es muss beantragt werden, ein wenig dumm, da Menschen wie ein Drink bei der Ankunft ins Zimmer und wenn es jemals ein Brandvorfall wären Sie gefüllt. Wird wieder bleiben .

Stark empfehlen Sie diese Unterkunft. Willkommen von hilfsbereitem Personal, das aus ihrem Weg geht, um Sie komfortabler zu machen. Nichts ist zu schwierig für sie. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Schalenblättern. Perfekt gekocht und präsentiert Frühstück mit einer breiten Palette von Optionen.

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

Der einzige negative Aspekt ist, dass das Hotel keine Parkplätze hat und nicht an der Straße parken kann. Obwohl die Sicherheit am Tag schwer gewährleistet ist und teuer ist.

Wir fanden dieses Hotel so reichhaltig und schön. Reine Klasse und außergewöhnliche Service ab der Minute, die wir für den Valet Parkplatz gezogen haben. Wir essen in der wunderschönen Firewater Grille. Die Menüwahl, Weinauswahl und Service war wirklich erste Klasse. Die Mahlzeiten wurden perfekt gekocht. Hubby hatte eine Racke von Lamm und ich hatte Fisch des Tages. Wir wurden angeraten, unser Zimmer (Junior Club Suite) war bereit und waren angenehmen überrascht, wenn es zu betreten, wie geräumig es war. Das Fernsehen war viel größer als erwartet, die Pfosten auf den Betten waren einige der besten, die wir je erlebt haben, und das Bett selbst war sehr komfortabel. Die Aussichten aus unserem Zimmer waren schön, die Swan River über Südperth ausblickten. Die Nachtblicke waren mit allen Lichtern erstaunlich. Wir hatten Club-Zugang, der auch für uns perfekt war. Wir verbrachten fast zwei Stunden dort auf einem Fenstertisch, der die schönen Nachtlichten genießte, chatte, entspannte und genießte die sehr großzügige Auswahl von Sofas, Wein und Spirituosen. Auch der Service dort war unverschämt. Das Frühstück im Firewater Grille bietet fantastische Speisen, warm und kalt und es gab nichts mehr, was wir hätten gewünscht. Der erstaunliche Service durch das Personal setzte sich über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt fort. Das Personal des Duxton Hotels ist für ihren hervorragenden Service und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details zu loben. Ich war so beeindruckt. Good value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.

Wach auf einen schönen Hafenblick , frische Luft , direkt gegenüber dem Fährbahnhof , wo Sie nur auf dem Fähre zu überqueren gegen CBD , Zentrum , Chiantown usw. in nur 10 Minuten Fahrt ! Hotel ist sauber, neu, voll ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile, Parkplatz ist verfügbar, auch gibt es eine kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner auf Ebene 2 und BBq-Pit, die war wunderbar

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE BIG4 … LOOK ELSEWHERE Recently, my wife and I stayed at Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park. This without doubt would have to be the worst Big4 caravan park that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few being a Big4 Member. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is an absolute disgrace to the name of Big4 who would do well to distance themselves from this park. Many of the permanent’s sites, of which there are many, are nothing short of hovels which should be condemned; the ablutions whilst old, really need some proper cleaning and not just a lick and a promise. Hand soap in the ablutions was hit and miss, and garbage bins were continually overflowing and reeked of rotten food (prawns heads, crab shells etc) in the heat. The bins need to be either replaced more often as they become full or moved to a more central area away from sites, and if the permanents must walk a short way to put their rubbish in the bin, then so be it … having them parked outside their vans bringing flies and vermin is unacceptable especially in the heat of summer. Our site had a gutter that was so high that it caught our grey water outlet as we backed in twisting it 90 degrees, but thankfully not breaking the outlet. When we leave, again we expect the high gutter will catch the outlet again and hopefully not break it. Despite the check-in documents saying there is to be no washing of cars and caravans, several times we saw both permanents and campers doing just that … washing their cars etc … no intervention by staff was ever observed telling people to stop this practice. We needed consistent WI-FI as we were selling our house and needed contact both with sales agency and solicitors to facilitate the sale … but the Internet was “spotty and intermittent” every single day of our stay, even in the early hours of the morning when fewer people would be using it. Numerous times a day, I had to reboot my laptop which was extremely disappointing and frustrating when the booster was less than 10 metres from where our caravan was situated. Whilst the staff were fabulous, and accommodating, and the rates competitive, it did not make this stay worth coming back … we will never stay here again. For those looking at staying here, look elsewhere … it is a disgrace!

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Local Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und untergebracht. Wir hatten die Pläne, eine Nacht auf Rottnest Island zu verbringen, bevor wir zwei Nächte im Hotel anreisen, und sie erlaubten uns freundlich, unser Gepäck einen Tag früh zu lagern. Es war so ein großer Gefallen und machte unsere Reise viel bequemer. Als wir ankamen, war unser Gepäck bereits in unserem Zimmer, was ein schöner Kontakt war. Das Zimmer selbst war stilvoll und modern. Wir haben für ein Eckeszimmer gewählt, das drei große Fenster hatte, füllte den Raum mit natürlichem Licht. Das Licht im Zimmer war auch gut gemacht, schuf ein angenehmes Ambiente. Obwohl die Toilette und das Badezimmer geteilt wurden und es etwas Lärm aus der Musik der Bar gab, war die Gesamterfahrung angenehm. Diese kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten wurden durch die positiven Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts überschattet. Im Allgemeinen denke ich, das Local Hotel ist ein schöner Ort zu bleiben. Wir hatten eine schöne Erfahrung.
