Shocked that this place has such good reviews. Three stars is generous. First off, I arrived at 4:15 and my room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3. They asked if I would be fine downgrading my room since those rooms were available. I declined so had to wait about 30 minutes for my room. The room was fine, nothing great. The kitchen was nice I will say, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t perfectly cleaned though. Their was a hair in the shower and white splatters on the door and wall. The bed was hard and the pillows were small and terrible. The sheets had been used way too many times and the fabric was beading up. They felt very worn. One of the pillows had a black smudge on it upon arrival as well. The remote was sticky but the AC worked well at least. As for the amenities, the breakfast was not great. Half of the items/options weren’t available all 3 mornings I was there. The juice was watery, bananas over ripe. Very disappointing. In the gym, I hoped to use the treadmill. The incline on it was broken but the rest of the gym was fair. The pool is small, water was cloudy and they have no hot tub. Upon checkout at 5 am, I requested a receipt to show my balance was $0 since this was a work trip. They informed me they weren’t printing receipts and I would be emailed one at the 11 am checkout time. Insane to me but I was given no other option. Well that time rolled around and I wasn’t sent one. I did call and they sent it to me immediately. The hotel is newer but the elevators are worn down, there were dead spiders in the main hallway and the main areas are very stuffy. Parking was okay, not a huge lot but they weren’t busy when I was there. The location, I was informed, is not great or safe. Being from out of town, I had no clue. I never felt unsafe but I didn’t venture out at all. The surrounding area left much to be desired as places to eat, shop and things to do. Location was decent to the interstate. I would not stay again.

Sehr willkommen, nur Problem, kein Frühstück, verständlich unter Pandemie, aber viele Optionen in der Nähe. Nicht ein Deal-Breaker. Erschwinglicher Preis, schöne Lage. Sehr sauber. Komfortable Betten. Wäre hier wieder, in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen.

Ich habe für ein langes wartetes Wochenende gebucht, wegzukommen, und benutzt einen dritten Partei. Das Hotel ist sauber große Zimmer und der Service ist groß. Aber meine Reise kam kurz wegen der Notlage und ich war so froh, der Mann ich. Der Scheck, den ich counter war hilfreich und freundlich, mir zu helfen, mich heraus zu bekommen, die ich fo ich brauchte, um die Erstattung, die ich nicht nutzen konnte. Danke Sir und ich werde Sie wiedersehen!

Ich wollte ein Hotel mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Frühstück. Das Frühstück war sehr kalt Knochen. Bananen waren die einzigen Früchte und die heißen Entscheidungen kamen alle aus der Mikrowelle. Einmal gab es hart kochte Eier, die nie wieder auftraten. Die Couch im Zimmer sah aus und fühlte sich, als hätte es von vielen Leuten eingesperrt. In einem der standen Lichter kam die Kugel aus und zerkleinerte sich hinter dem Schatten (aber noch funktionierte). Die Griffbar im Duschestank kam auseinander.
