While overall the place was OK, I should have double checked if dining was available. No dining , no bar , no minibar and nothing much in the area close by. There is no guide in the room as to services and restaurants nearby. There are no clear labels as to howe to scan for parking or indeed where your room is located ( Signposting non existent). Easy to end up in the wrong lift and part of the building. Im guessing that this is now the new standard of customer service ! The windows ar not double glazed so all night we heard freight & passenger trains going past 50 metres out front. I'll give 3 stars as the room and bed were a good size and comfortable.
