From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der St. Ben Teng Station, sobald es aus dem Bahnhof kommt, ist es auch sehr bequem, andere Attraktionen zu Fuß zu gehen. Obwohl die Station in der Nähe des Großen Reparaturprojekts ist, ist die Isolierung des Zimmers sehr gut, es hat keinen zu großen Einfluss auf den Raum, den Raum ist groß, die Ausstattung ist komplett, es gibt eine Küche, die selbst kochen kann und waschen. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und begeistert. Sehr zu empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben!

Mein eintägiger Aufenthalt im BessaHotel in Porto war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war stilvoll, sauber und modern und bot eine komfortable Atmosphäre. Die Erfahrung am Pool war positiv, vor allem, weil es den ganzen Tag über geregnet hatte, trotz der Unordnung, die durch die ständige Belegung der Sonnenliegen durch andere Gäste verursacht wurde, die ohne ihre Handtücher abreisten und sie nutzlos belegten. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn Bulhão erleichterte den Zugang zu verschiedenen Punkten in der Stadt. Schneller Service und ohne viel Bürokratie. Würde wiederkommen!! :) :)

Das Zimmer ist in gutem Zustand und sauber. Der Nachteil ist, dass es an Wochentagen laut ist. Es wäre besser, wenn das Personal an der Rezeption freundlicher zu den Chinesen sein könnte! Gut

Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht und sind auf einem sehr frühen Flug angekommen. Jose war genügend freundlich, um 1 unserer Zimmer innerhalb einer Stunde bereit zu bekommen, so dass wir zumindest waschen, für ein wenig Ruhe, und erfrischten, bevor wir den Tag ausgehen. Er setzte sich während unseres Aufenthalts mit allem, was wir brauchen, und war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Er ist ein ausgezeichneter Vertreter der Qualität und Pflege des Hotels. Wir liebt auch die Atmosphäre des Hotels. Es war schön gelicht und in einer lustigen, eklektischen und entspannenden Mode dekoriert. Unser Zimmerpreis umfasste das Frühstück, das eine erstaunliche Ausbreitung mit vieler Vielfalt war, sehr empfehlenswert. Lage war zentraler, einfache Spazierweiterung überall. Kleine Enttäuschung**ent war fehlendes Fitness. Ich weiß, wir gehen ganz weit, aber es wäre schön, die Option zu haben, als mein Mann und Sohn gerne ein bisschen Übung. Darüber hinaus war das Fernsehsaal, das für Jugendliche/Kinder schön sein kann, während wir auf unsere Zimmer warten, um bereit zu sein, eher in Bezug auf das Innenkonzept, nur grauen Betonwände, Im Gegensatz zu den interessanten und farbigen Designs des Rests des Hotels. Dies ist nur eine Beobachtung, würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und würde wiederkommen.

One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend

Die Lage war günstig und das Zimmer sauber. Allerdings bekam ich ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer (wahrscheinlich, weil ich um ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs gebeten hatte), sodass beim Duschen oft Wasser austrat. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist gut, allerdings ist der Weg zum Hotel etwas länger und steiler. An die Waschräume war ich nicht gewöhnt, da es keinen Platz zum Aufladen von Kleidung gab. Wenn Sie mit Freunden kommen, sollten Sie dies berücksichtigen. Ich liebe das Frühstück, da es eine große Auswahl an Gerichten bietet.

Erstens ist die Lage etwas außerhalb des Hauptgebiets von Porto, was zusätzliche Anstrengungen erfordert, um in das Herz der Stadt zu kommen. Während die Umgebung ruhig und weniger besetzt war, fand ich mich mehr auf den öffentlichen Verkehr oder Taxis zu verlassen, als ich es hätte gehofft. Eines der Hauptprobleme war das Fehlen von Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Während meines Aufenthalts waren die Temperaturen warm, und es machte Dinge unbehaglich in der Nacht. Die Öffnung der Fenster war keine Option wegen der Vorhandensein von Moskitos draußen, was bedeutete, dass ich kämpfen, um eine komfortable Schlaftemperatur zu finden. Die günstige Seite war die Wohnung selbst geräumig und im Allgemeinen sauber. Die Einrichtungen waren für meine Bedürfnisse geeignet, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl ein paar Blocks über. Ich habe die Küche geschätzt, die mir erlaubte, während meines Aufenthalts einige meiner eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Insgesamt, während mein Aufenthalt im Aparthotel Oporto Sol seine Leistungen hatte, hatte der Mangel an Klimaanlage und seine Lage außerhalb des Hauptbereichs meine Gesamterfahrung beeinflusst. Wenn Sie empfindlich auf Wärme sind oder lieber im Stadtzentrum sind, möchten Sie vielleicht andere Optionen berücksichtigen. Andernfalls dient es als angemessene Unterkunft für diejenigen, die einen ruhigeren Ort suchen.
