We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! Dies ist das schönste Hotel in Palawan. Personal, Service, Einrichtungen und Essen sind erstklassig. Auf den Philippinen, einem Land mit knappem Gemüseangebot, können Sie köstliche Gerichte aus frischem Gemüse genießen. Man sieht, wie sorgfältig die Betreiber auf jedes Detail achten. Selbst die Marmelade und der Käse zum Frühstück sind exquisit und besser als in vielen lokalen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Die Preise im Hunt's sind niedriger als C75, und der Geschmack ist ansprechender. Sie können aus verschiedenen Küchen verschiedener Länder wählen. Die vietnamesische und französische Küche im C75 ist salzig, was für Europäer und Amerikaner schwer zu ertragen sein könnte. Der Chardonnay-Weißwein im Hunt's ist sehr mild und passt gut zu den Mahlzeiten. Die heiße Schokolade Tablea zum Frühstück hat einen besonderen Geschmack und ist einen Versuch wert. Die Lage ist ideal. Der private Pool liegt direkt neben den Mangroven. Sie können mit dem Hotel einen Ausflug zur Sand Bar vereinbaren, um dort zu schnorcheln und Seesterne im nahegelegenen flachen Wasser zu beobachten. Auch die Rettungsschwimmer sind sehr gut, sodass Sie Ihre Zeit in aller Ruhe genießen können. Die Willkommensgeschenke im Zimmer sind sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel bietet eine umweltfreundliche Tasche, ein Set Mehrzweckschals, zwei Flaschen frischen Saft und eine Dose Snacks (täglicher Wechsel). Das Trinkwasser ist deutlich besser als das Wasser in anderen Hotels auf den Visayas und schmeckt nicht säuerlich. Kaffee kann im Zimmer zubereitet werden. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer handgefertigten Kanne und einer French Press ausgestattet, und täglich werden zwei Beutel frisches Kaffeepulver bereitgestellt. Das Hotel setzt sich auf eine verständliche Weise für Umweltschutz ein. Sie werden nicht das Gefühl haben, dass die Verwendung von Plastik moralisch verwerflich ist. Es wird lediglich so weit wie möglich reduziert, beispielsweise durch die Verwendung von Glasbehältern und Flip-Flops (anstelle von Einweg-Hausschuhen). Die Ausstattung ist dennoch recht vollständig, und die Verpackung besteht ebenfalls aus Papier. Es stehen verschiedene Transportmöglichkeiten zur Auswahl. Sie können im Voraus einen Termin mit dem Hotel vereinbaren. Um Geld zu sparen, empfiehlt sich ein Dreirad. Eine Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostet 200 Pesos pro Fahrt, ein privates Taxi 400–500 Pesos pro Fahrt. Die Fahrt dauert nur etwa 15 Minuten. Für zwei Personen empfiehlt sich ein Dreirad. Das Hotel bietet eine große Auswahl an Souvenirs, der Rashguard ist atmungsaktiv und angenehm zu tragen, und einige der Snacks, die im Zimmer aufgefüllt werden, sind auch käuflich zu erwerben. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit fürsorglich, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Es ist auch viel besser als in Coron, wo Ausstattung, Service, Ästhetik und Raumgefühl denen in Puerto Princesa weit unterlegen sind. Sie kümmern sich wie Freunde um Ihren Tag, wenn Sie allein sind, und fragen auch gerne nach Wasser oder Getränken in der sengenden Sonne. An der Poolbar gibt es kostenloses Gurkenwasser, an dem sich die Gäste selbst bedienen können. Natürlich gibt es auch eine große Auswahl an Getränken. Das Kokoswasser ist sehr frisch und süß, kostet aber draußen fünfmal so viel (150 Pesos). Auch die Musik ist recht gut, und es wird keine langweilige Popmusik gespielt. Die Musik wirkt sorgfältig ausgewählt. Wenn Sie abends im Hunt essen, können Sie möglicherweise Live-Auftritte einer Band erleben.

Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

Ich bin begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit des Zimmers – ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es für ein Paar wirklich sehr geräumig ist. Jede Ecke ist ein perfektes Fotomotiv. Toll finde ich auch, dass man eigene Speisen und Getränke mitbringen darf, obwohl das Hotel ein eigenes Restaurant mit einer vielfältigen Speisekarte hat. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Pros: -Very accommodating and polite staff -Clean rooms and common areas -Convenient paid airport pickup and drop-off (₱1,100 pickup via hotel van, ₱600 drop-off via taxi arranged by the hotel) -Well-maintained swimming pool (approx. 4 ft deep) -Lounge sunbeds by the pool overlooking both the pool and the beach -In-house restaurant and small bar available -Housekeeping is attentive and regularly checks if cleaning is needed -Comfortable bed; towels and linens smelled and felt clean -Beach towels available upon request at reception -Beach view is nice, though only accessible at high tide (around 6:00 PM) Cons: -Very isolated location; nothing to see or do outside the hotel -Free hotel shuttle to Robinsons Mall is helpful but limited to scheduled times -Breakfast is not worth purchasing if not included in the room First two days were buffet-style and okay Last two days were plated and disappointing (small portions, food served cold, long waiting time) -Air-conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, which was inconvenient since I was working -Limited activities within the hotel aside from the pool -Restaurant food and drinks are quite pricey; we relied on Grab deliveries most of the stay Suggestions for Improvement: Keep breakfast buffet-style permanently to improve food quality, temperature, and waiting time Improve coordination of breakfast orders Consider adding more in-house activities or more affordable dining options Final Thoughts: A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, best for guests who plan to relax within the property. Improvements in breakfast service and minor facility upgrades would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Mein Aufenthalt hier war in Ordnung. Die Lage könnte besser sein; man braucht 100-150 Minuten mit dem Tricycle, um zu Geschäften, Restaurants usw. zu gelangen, anstatt dass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es war enttäuschend, dass ein so großes Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant anbietet. Das Beste war wahrscheinlich das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, das immer hilfsbereit war und sich nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste erkundigte. Außerdem gibt es einen Wäscheservice zu fairen Preisen. Das Zimmer, das als „Poolblick“ beworben wurde, war etwas irreführend. Es blickt lediglich auf ein paar Pflanzen, Sträucher und Bäume, und dahinter befindet sich der Pool. Ich kann es gar nicht genug betonen: Der Schlüssel ist VIEL zu groß. Er ist geradezu lächerlich groß, unpraktisch und einfach nur absurd. Schwer zu tragen, festzuhalten und sogar in der Tür zu benutzen, wenn man die Hände voll hat. Es gibt absolut keinen Grund, warum er so groß sein muss. Angeblich soll er so groß sein, damit ihn niemand verliert, aber man wird trotzdem gebeten, den Schlüssel bei der Abreise abzugeben, also …? Das müsst ihr ändern, haha. Kurz gesagt: Freundliches Personal, aber ein wahnsinnig großer, nerviger Schlüssel.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

stayed for only a couple days so it did the job, small room but u get what u paid for! bathroom was pretty nice and big! biggest complaint is that theres alooottttt of ants and sometimes mosquitos and stuff in the room but i guess what could u expect from the countryside lol. location was good and near the sm mal

We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
