We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Ausstattung für philippinische Verhältnisse gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an den Flughafen angrenzt, habe ich keine Flieger gehört. Für den Ausflug zum Unterirdischen Fluss ist das Hotel eine gute Basisstation.

Ich bin begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit des Zimmers – ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es für ein Paar wirklich sehr geräumig ist. Jede Ecke ist ein perfektes Fotomotiv. Toll finde ich auch, dass man eigene Speisen und Getränke mitbringen darf, obwohl das Hotel ein eigenes Restaurant mit einer vielfältigen Speisekarte hat. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Mein Aufenthalt hier war in Ordnung. Die Lage könnte besser sein; man braucht 100-150 Minuten mit dem Tricycle, um zu Geschäften, Restaurants usw. zu gelangen, anstatt dass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es war enttäuschend, dass ein so großes Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant anbietet. Das Beste war wahrscheinlich das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, das immer hilfsbereit war und sich nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste erkundigte. Außerdem gibt es einen Wäscheservice zu fairen Preisen. Das Zimmer, das als „Poolblick“ beworben wurde, war etwas irreführend. Es blickt lediglich auf ein paar Pflanzen, Sträucher und Bäume, und dahinter befindet sich der Pool. Ich kann es gar nicht genug betonen: Der Schlüssel ist VIEL zu groß. Er ist geradezu lächerlich groß, unpraktisch und einfach nur absurd. Schwer zu tragen, festzuhalten und sogar in der Tür zu benutzen, wenn man die Hände voll hat. Es gibt absolut keinen Grund, warum er so groß sein muss. Angeblich soll er so groß sein, damit ihn niemand verliert, aber man wird trotzdem gebeten, den Schlüssel bei der Abreise abzugeben, also …? Das müsst ihr ändern, haha. Kurz gesagt: Freundliches Personal, aber ein wahnsinnig großer, nerviger Schlüssel.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, hier zu übernachten, und ich muss sagen, es war eines der saubersten Hotels, die ich in Palawan erlebt habe. Die Lage ist unglaublich praktisch, sodass man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung bequem erreichen kann. Allerdings war es spät abends etwas laut von einer nahegelegenen Bar. Mich hat es nicht sonderlich gestört, vor allem in den oberen Stockwerken. Daher empfehle ich, ein Zimmer in einem dieser Zimmer zu buchen, wenn Sie geräuschempfindlich sind. Das Hotel selbst ist gut gepflegt, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der kürzlich erfolgten Renovierung. Der Aufzug war zwar klein, aber er fuhr sanft und war immer sauber, was zu dem insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt beitrug. Das Badezimmer war ein Highlight – sehr sauber und komfortabel, obwohl ich die Bedienung des Warmwasserbereiters etwas schwierig fand. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Smart Lock und einen Smart-TV mit Netflix und anderen Apps, was ein nettes Extra ist. Das WLAN war zuverlässig, selbst im obersten Stockwerk, sodass man problemlos im Internet surfen konnte. Verbesserungswürdig wäre die Bettwäsche. Matratze und Kissen waren zwar in Ordnung, aber eine dickere Bettdecke würde den Schlafkomfort verbessern, da die bereitgestellte Decke recht dünn war. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und trug so zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Auch wenn es sich nicht um ein Luxushotel handelt, bietet es hervorragende Sauberkeit und einen exzellenten Kundenservice und ist daher eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Reisende. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten!

Das Zimmer sieht sehr alt aus, die Matratzen sind aus Schaumstoff, die Steckdosen erzeugen wenig Vertrauen, die Wahrheit ist, dass man für das Wenige, das man bezahlt, sagen kann, dass es normal ist, man sollte nicht viel erwarten. Das Badezimmer ist eine andere Welt, die Toilettenschüssel hat keine Unterlage, auf der man sitzen kann, daher ist es bei der Benutzung sehr unhygienisch, entweder zu urinieren oder zu urinieren und sein Geschäft zu erledigen, ohne die Schüssel zu berühren. Die Dusche hat keinen großen Druck. Wenn Sie also duschen möchten, ist es besser, den Wasserhahn unter der Dusche zu verwenden, einen Eimer zu füllen und mit dem Eimer Wasser zu baden.
