Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Innenhof in Puerto Princesa überstieg wirklich meine Erwartungen. Wir kamen aus einer langen Reise, und selbst bevor wir aus dem Wagen raus konnten, war ein Mitarbeiter bereits da, um uns warm willkommen und mit unseren Gepäck zu helfen. Diese kleine Geste legt sofort den Ton für die Art von Dienstleistungen, die sie bieten aufmerksam, proaktiv und echten Pflege. Da es nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt war, war ich zuerst nicht viel zu erwarten. Aber das Gastfreundschaftsniveau, das wir erlebt haben, war nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war konsequent höflich, beherbergend und sorgte dafür, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts bequem waren. Es ist selten, einen Ort zu treffen, wo der Service fühlt sich persönlich und anstrengend. Sie haben uns gefühlt, gut betreut von der Zeit, bis wir ankamen, bis wir verließen. Ich empfehle dieses Inn für jeden, der Puerto Princesa besucht, besonders wenn Sie warm und zuverlässige Service wert.

Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

They know how to do good work despite only have been in operation for a month. It's not far from the beautiful and lively Lio beach or a quick ride to the town centre. Though situated in a slightly remote location surrounded by construction sites and dirt roads, their reception is spotless! Not a speck of dust on their floor (and while there's the occasional footprint from the damp earth, it gets cleaned pretty quickly). First time entering the room had such a homey charm and welcoming feeling you just feel happy. And yes, they are replicating a more outdoor adventure feel so do expect some bugs and in the semi-outdoor bathroom (just keep the door closed to avoid them from the bedroom). The amenities are sparkly new, its a fresh vibe and their breakfast is excellent together with lovely staff. Just beware the water needs routine pumping (though this might change later once things are in motion) so there's a small window of 20 minutes where there's no water, usually around the 5pm mark. And there's still a smell of sewage in the bathroom. But really, it was so lovely to stay here. Highly recommend them!

Schönes Hotel und eine tolle Lage. Es war eine gute Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, aber das Zimmer brauchte eine Erfrischung und wir hatten Tänze in unserem Zimmer. Die Sofa, Gärten und Tischkleid brauchten eine wirklich gute Reinigung, oder sogar besser, Ersatz. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist nicht wichtig, dass wir einen Aufzug sehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und untergebracht, da sie uns unser kostenloses Frühstück zum Abendessen erlaubten, da wir sehr früh am Morgen verlassen.

Tolles Resorthotel mit sehr entspannter Atmosphäre. Das Resort hat jedoch Potenzial, wenn sich die Mitarbeiter mehr um ihre Gäste kümmern würden, aber nicht regelmäßig telefonieren, der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt würde und der Whirlpool warm oder heiß wäre. Wir bestellten außerdem einen Wassermelonen-Smoothie, der nach Zwiebeln roch. Dasselbe passierte, als wir morgens frisches Obst probierten. Ich habe sie höflich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie darauf achten sollten, da es ein tolles Hotel ist, aber noch viel besser sein kann. Das Frühstück ist nur auf einen Menüpunkt beschränkt, der bei der Buchung nicht klar angegeben ist. Klarheit ist wichtig. Danke! Abraham. Kanada, mit Liebe für besseren Service.

Nach einem viertägigen Budgetaufenthalt an einem anderen Ort brauchte ich für eine Nacht dringend eine Dusche und saubere Sanitäranlagen. Das Hotel war hervorragend gepflegt. Innen wie außen blitzsauber. Dusche, WC und Zimmerausstattung waren erstklassig. Die Außenpools sind traumhaft. Nicht zu vergessen das Personal: professionell, höflich und wirklich hilfsbereit. Ich habe hier auf meiner Zwischenübernachtung von Puerto Princesa nach San Vincente übernachtet. Absolut empfehlenswert! 👌

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool und einen ansprechenden Eingang. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist einfach und etwas dunkel, da man von draußen hineinsehen kann, wenn man die Vorhänge öffnet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage und einen Warmwasserbereiter, was sehr praktisch war. Das Bett war bequem und es gab einen Kühlschrank. Man benötigt ein Tuk-Tuk (150 Pesos pro Fahrt), um irgendwohin zu gelangen, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Was mir jedoch gar nicht gefallen hat, waren die Preise für das Essen. Es war die teuerste Speisekarte, die ich je auf den Philippinen für normales Essen gesehen habe – nicht einmal für gehobene Küche, und der Geschmack war wirklich durchschnittlich. Allein deswegen würde ich nicht noch einmal hier übernachten. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer aber in Ordnung.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.
