We had a nice stay. The facilities are not new but very clean and well maintained. It's a bit far out, so you'll need to take a ride anywhere.

One of the superb hotel in Kandy. Highly recommended for everyone. The staff is amazing

Overall stay in radisson kandy was pretty pleasant and comfortable. Room was very clean and presentable. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the dining hall was spacious and the food was tasty with a variety of dishes. Roof top restaurants have a good variety of dishes with swimming pool and very view of skyline with visible kandy lake, buddha temples, mountains etc. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help for any requirements. Only was the availability of drinking water. Supplied only 2 bottles of 500 ml each and water cooler/ dispenser not available and guest had to buy additional water bottles at very high cost (compared to market rate. Hotel management can have a look at an issue of availability of drinking water. Otherwise the overall hotel stay was pleasant/ satisfying.

kandy 傑特威畫廊酒店 安靜舒適的休憩之地，服務細節有待提升 入住了Kandy的傑特威畫廊酒店，總體來説是一段令人放鬆的體驗。 酒店的房間寬敞明亮，配有陽台，我很幸運地住到了正對泳池的房間，視野極佳。房間的舒適度很好，每天早上醒來，推開陽台門，眼前就是泳池和遠處的大自然，十分愜意。酒店靠着斯里蘭卡著名的馬哈維利河（Mahaweli River），周圍的生態環境非常好，空氣也非常好。經常能看到各種鳥類和鷹，非常適合喜歡安靜和親近自然的人。 泳池是我最喜歡的部分。幾乎全天候開放，清晨或傍晚游泳時，感覺整個泳池和天地都屬於我，讓人倍感放鬆。餐廳也正對泳池，用餐時既能享受美景，又能感受到自然的靜謐。每天早餐後，我都會坐在平台上看書或處理工作，氣氛安靜，温度適宜，回想在整個斯里蘭卡20多天的旅程中，這裡是為數不多讓我能安心讀書的地方之一。 酒店距離市區較遠，可能對希望探索Kandy市區的遊客來説有二三十分鐘的開車時間。其次，服務細節的專業度還有提升空間。例如，入住時有服務人員表演當地舞蹈，但明顯有些敷衍。之後，酒店安排了一位專屬服務員，並遞給我一個手機供隨時聯繫，但她的服務顯得比較生疏。例如在房間時，我問窗簾是手動還是電動的，她回答是手動後，演示了一下又拉開了窗簾，而當時已是晚上6、7點，天色完全黑了，完全沒有打開的必要。同樣一位服務員，每天早上吃早餐時，都會問我要吃什麼。我説吃麥片時，總會問是加椰糖漿還是蜂蜜，而我連續四天都選擇了椰糖漿，但每天還是會被重複詢問。都是小事，但也可以看出服務更多是一個形式。 總的來説，Kandy的傑特威畫廊酒店是一個適合放鬆和親近自然的地方。它的房間、泳池和周圍環境都很好，性價比也高。如果能在服務細節上進一步完善，主動、貼心地去服務，整體體驗會更加令人滿意。 A Peaceful and Comfortable Retreat, but with Room for Service Improvement I stayed at the Jetwing Kandy Gallery during my visit to Kandy, and overall, it was a relaxing experience. The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies. I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the pool, which offered a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable, and every morning, I enjoyed waking up, stepping onto the balcony, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The hotel is located by the famous Mahaweli River, and the natural environment around it is excellent, with frequent sightings of various birds and eagles. It’s a great place for those who love peace and nature. The pool was my favorite part of the hotel. It’s open almost all day, and swimming in the morning or evening felt like having the entire pool and sky to myself, a truly serene experience. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, and dining there offers both visual and sensory enjoyment. After breakfast each day, I would sit on the terrace, read a book, or work. It was quiet, and the temperature was perfect—not too hot. This hotel was one of the few places during my 20-day trip in Sri Lanka where I could truly relax and enjoy some peaceful reading time. However, the hotel has some shortcomings in its service. First, it’s located quite far from the city center, which might not be convenient for those looking to explore Kandy. Second, the quality of service felt unrefined. For example, upon check-in, staff members performed a traditional song and dance, but it felt half-hearted. Later, I was assigned a personal service staff member and given a phone for direct contact. However, the staff member seemed inexperienced. For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process. Overall, the Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a great place to relax and connect with nature. The rooms, pool, and surrounding environment are excellent. If the hotel could enhance its service details, such as being more attentive to guests’ habits and preferences, the experience would be even better.

The hotel is over a hundred years old, since 1844. I felt as though I went through a time portal when I stepped into the dining area. Part of the hotel’s appeal is the history of the hotel. Don’t expect a modern hotel but rather embrace the well-detailed history on display throughout the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown area.

Looking for a beautiful restored estate home with impeccable service and delicious dining? Choose Taru Villa!  We spent three days exploring Kandy and neighboring region. The hotel is tucked behind some commercial buildings, but once the gates open and you move up the driveway, it all fades away. The hotel is elegant with an attention to details. Each space is carefully arranged to make you feel comfortable.  The staff are what really makes Taru Villa shine. Led by the hotel manager, the staff are welcoming and warm. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The food was excellent. The conversation was even better. We highly recommend to anyone. Well done Taru Villa, well done!

Conti ist eine Bergstadt, das Haus ist im Grunde auf dem Berg gebaut. Das Hotel ist in der Tat ein Feriendorf, am Fluss, neben den Attraktionen, die keine Sehenswürdigkeiten haben, hat keine Wohnung. Der Fluss ist dringlich, die Blumen sind nicht haltbar, die Stimme ist noch heiß. Nach der Nacht war die Schnee in der Nähe des Hotels schwarz und fand einen kleinen Supermarkt, um etwas zu kaufen, mindestens drei Kilometer entfernt. Das Wohngebäude scheint drei oder vier Etagen zu sein. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool im Garten. Es ist auf dem Balkon voll grüner Berglandschaft und Gartenlandschaft. Am Morgen kamen Sie aus dem Tangda und nahm Sie ein Handy mit 20 verschiedenen Blumen! Die USA sind nicht ausreichend, um die Innenausstattung zu veraltet.

Das Bett war komfortabel. Die Aussicht war erstaunlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr nahe der Stadt, aber auf einem Hügel so sehr ruhig. Das Essen ist gut, AUSSCHLIESSlich das Mutton biryani. Bestellen Sie nicht die Mutton Biryani es war nur hart Fettfleisch, das Sie nicht zerkaut haben, es sei denn, Sie wollen fühlen, wie Sie auf einem alten Stück Gummi zerkaut.
