im Discovery SCBD Jakarta für 3 Nächte vom Sonntag bis Mittwoch während einer Geschäftsreise und hatte eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts. Die Lage des Hotels ist einer seiner größten Vorteile. Im Herzen des SCBD-Bereichs befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Pacific Place Mall, bietet es einen einfachen Zugang zu Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufs- und Bürogebäuden, wodurch es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende. Das Zimmer war modern, geräumig und außergewöhnlich sauber. Mein Lieblings-Feature war sicherlich die Innenkaffeemaschine. Als jemand, der den Tag mit Kaffee beginnt und oft bei Geschäftsreisen spät arbeitet, in der Lage ist, eine frisch gebratene Tasse im Komfort meines Zimmers zu genießen, war ein bedenklicher Touch, den ich wirklich geschätzt habe. Das große Arbeitstisch am Fenster war auch perfekt für die Arbeit nach Bürostunden, während das komfortable Bett und zuverlässiges WLAN den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. Ich genossen auch das Frühstückskonzept. Anstatt eines traditionellen Buffets bestellen die Gäste ihre Lieblingsgerichte aus einem Menü. Ich schätze diesen Ansatz, da er dazu beiträgt, unnötige Nahrungsmittelabfälle zu verringern und gleichzeitig sicherzustellen, dass die Mahlzeiten frisch zubereitet werden. Was mich am meisten beeindruckt war die Geschwindigkeit des Services trotz individueller Vorbereitung, das Essen wurde schnell ohne lange Warte serviert, macht das Frühstück sowohl bequem und angenehm, bevor ich zum Tag ausreisen. Die Lobby und die gemeinsamen Bereiche sind stilvoll, modern und gut gepflegt, die eine willkommene Atmosphäre ab Ankunftszeit schaffen. Das Personal war während meines Aufenthalts freundlich, professionell und effizient, und sowohl die Ein- als auch Auscheckverfahren waren reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Insgesamt überstieg Discovery SCBD Jakarta meine Erwartungen in Bezug auf Komfort, Komfort und denkbaren Einrichtungen. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal auf meinem nächsten Besuch in Jakarta bleiben und es sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der Qualitätsunterkünfte in der SCBD-Zone sucht.

Einer der besten Services die ich kenne. Zum Beispiel kommt beim Frühstück trotz sehr reichhaltigem Buffet immer jemand vorbei, der Besonderheit anbietet und bringt :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ascott Jakarta. The location offers easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We especially appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything clean and pleasant throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families and groups!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall it was a truly wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights of this hotel was its location. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shopping areas, and popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time travelling. Public transportation was also easily accessible, which added to the convenience. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, providing a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The fitness centre was well-equipped with modern machines, and the free Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property. I also enjoyed spending time in the lobby, which had a cosy atmosphere and comfortable seating areas. Breakfast was another standout feature. There was a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, local dishes, and international options. Everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Das Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hat eine großartige Lage, die Kota Casablanca Mall ist nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hotels waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und das Essen war köstlich. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und die Techniker konnten das nicht beheben. Mir wurde angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer auf derselben Etage zu wechseln – das war ein faires Angebot. Sollte ich nach Jakarta zurückkehren, würde ich mich freuen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Schöne und saubere Einrichtungen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Der Fitnessraum war geräumig und es gibt einen heißen und einen kalten Pool. Es gab auch eine Tischtennisplatte in der Nähe der Sauna und des Dampfbads

A mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden strip on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached) So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange. But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point. On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting. It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S So there are several issues that affected my health here. The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting. The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Das Paket beinhaltet bereits das Frühstück. Es liegt außerdem in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs Kemayoran Damri und ist daher ideal für Reisende, die vom Flughafen mit dem Damri-Bus fahren möchten. In der Nähe befinden sich attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum Jakartas wie die Mknas-Moschee, die Kathedrale, die Ostiqlal-Moschee, der Bahnhof Pasar Senin und einige große Einkaufszentren.

The room was quite clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The dining and cooking utensils were fairly complete. The TV and sound system facilities have improved compared to before and are now better. The room was cool, the amenities were complete, and overall it was quite comfortable to stay in. Perhaps the water gallon could be given a bit more attention, as the water had a slight metallic smell when we were there. This might come from either the water itself or the dispenser. However, overall the place is comfortable and I would recommend it for staying.
