Wir wurden von den Besitzern Steve & Wendy begrüßt, die die freundlichsten und nach unten auf Erden Menschen, die Sie jemals kennen lernen würden. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details ist zweit bis keiner. Komplimentaren Haus bakewell-Tart, frische Milch, falls erforderlich, und eine sogar ehrliche Bar, wo Sie vertrauen, Ihre eigenen Getränke zu servieren und sich bei der Abreise zu bedienen. Das ist nie zuvor bei jedem Hotelaufenthalt zu erledigen, zeigt nur, was echte gute Leute die Eigentümer sind. Das Hotel ist unschön, geschmacklos eingerichtet und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer vorne. Wir hatten die besten Nächte, die Matratze war sehr komfortabel und das Bettwäsche war von hoher Qualität. Schön frisch gekochtes Frühstück gemacht, um mit zusätzlichen frischen kontinentalen Angeboten bestellt. Dieses Hotel hat uns nicht enttäuscht, dass wir nicht warten können, um wieder zu besuchen.

Great service and good food. As we entered, the host was welcoming and showed our room. Our room was very clean and they had strict regulations around smoking. Good choice of breakfast options and vegan options were available too.

Cosy, clean, and with a warm welcome for all, treat yourself to an exceptionally great stay at a reasonable price.

If you are not sure where to stay - don’t waste any time looking elsewhere, I can 100% recommend staying at Arran Lodge. We were so impressed with how well we were looked after, a clean and kept room with everything you might possibly need, including a welcome treat - homemade cake, space to park the car outside the house, a welcome reception and the most wonderful breakfast choice! What a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

Great location just a short walk away from the pier and 10-15 min drive from Babbacombe. Clean, cozy rooms with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Fantastic, freshly made delicious breakfasts. Thank you Jonathan & Sade for such a pleasant stay!

The stay was pleasant, the room was basic but clean missed not having a bath and just a shower missed simple things like a hair dryer in the room although when requested at the reception I was given one and lack of choice of coffee and tea in the room. It was very nice that there was no noise at night and meant a decent night's sleep. Breakfast was acceptable, but you have to get there early when it comes out hot from the kitchen, or it is all cold from spending to long under the hot plates. The only big downside is it's a good 30mns walk from the town centre although buses seem to run outside the hotel but there is a good-sized car park if you drive. The room was small but fine for just my 2 nights stay and acceptable. I'm not sure the room size, lack of luxuries and breakfeast beng hit and miss would make it comfortable for a longer stay.

Obsługa była miła i pomocna, napewno polecam ten hotel innym. Bliskość morza jest bardzo dużym plusem.

Großes Hotel, das Zimmer war schön & so war der Poolbereich! Wir gingen am Wochenende zu Beginn der halben Zeit, so gab es eine Menge Familien und Kinder. Ich habe gehört, dass die Woche besser ist, wenn Sie nicht viele Kinder umgeben wollen, aber für uns war das nicht ein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und es gibt viele um. Es ist auch in einer tollen Lage nahe dem Strand, Parks & Spaziergang von der Stadt. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt hier :)
