"The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation.
Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before.
Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better."

From the moment I arrived, the delightful hosts made me feel very welcome and at home
The bar/lounge area is the perfect informal place to flop down and relax with a well stocked honesty bar, TV and board games galore
Not only was my room comfortable and spotless, but Shona dishes up a lovely breakfast tailored to your own tastes and requirements, she really does make breakfast just for you!
Cosy, clean, and with a warm welcome for all, treat yourself to an exceptionally great stay at a reasonable price.

PpeterWhat a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

GGastnutzerThe spa is incredible, so relaxing. Ideal location with about 10 mins walk to Harbour and to Meadfoot beach. Breakfast was on the small side but tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, clean, but for 4* I’d expect a bit more like an iron in the room, toiletries, wash cloths etc. Didn’t sleep that well unfortunately as was woken up by people coming back to room as doors are loud and corridor floors are creaky. This let it down, but I’d return for the spa experience!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ausserhalb des Hotels, das Innenzimmer ist auch müde, aber unser Zimmer war riesig. Eine kleine Meerblick auch. Das Personal war alles wunderschön, das Frühstück war auch großartig. Die Lage war ein angenehmer Spaziergang vom Prinzessintheater entfernt. Es gibt auch viele Orte, um zu essen.

LLaura June RobinaGroßes Hotel, das Zimmer war schön & so war der Poolbereich! Wir gingen am Wochenende zu Beginn der halben Zeit, so gab es eine Menge Familien und Kinder. Ich habe gehört, dass die Woche besser ist, wenn Sie nicht viele Kinder umgeben wollen, aber für uns war das nicht ein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und es gibt viele um. Es ist auch in einer tollen Lage nahe dem Strand, Parks & Spaziergang von der Stadt. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt hier :)
