GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast.
The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city.
We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay.
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

GGastnutzerWe stayed here to go to a Katy Perry concert in SSE arena. We stayed in a room with 2 x Queen begs for 4 girls. It was fab! The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. We had just eat deliveries for food and drink before the concert and got up to a gorgeous breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it caters for all. I am returning in January 2026 and cannot wait already.

GGavinFIch fühlte mich enttäuscht. Ich hatte ein paar Probleme mit meinem Zimmer, während ich dort war. Der verschlossene Drain war fixiert gut. Aber sie haben nie etwas über die gebrochene Klimaanlage getan. Sehr unbehaglich zu schlafen, wenn das Zimmer so heiß war. Selbst der Gastservicebetreiber schien zweifelhaft, dass das Wartungsteam zu ihm kommen würde.
Das Frühstück war anständig. Die Angebote waren jeden Tag die gleichen. Gute Option, wenn Ihr Zimmerpreis das abdeckt.
Für die Lage ist es auch nicht so gut wie ich hoffe. Dieses Hotel scheint auf der Karte nahe der ICC Belfast zu sein. Allerdings ist der Haupteingang auf der ganzen Gegenseite des Gebäudes. Sie gehen im Grunde ganz draußen, bevor Sie die ICC-Türen erreichen. Wenn ich nach Belfast zurückkehre, werde ich woanders bleiben.

The room was spotless, fresh and welcoming- just perfect. Everything that you need!
Breakfast was lovely, had a vast range of food and even alternative milk which is a bonus! I would say the breakfast staff are a bit curt and lack in some basic manners! There was a shortage of cups so had to wait but no one was moaning or complaining and the young man who was replenishing was in a foul mood. Even witnessed him cleaning tables muttering to himself. Not really nice to see when you want to have a chilled breakfast to start your day.
All in all a great stay, a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city, the location is perfect and most of the staff were incredibly helpful! Will stay here again ⭐️

LLisaLA lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserDas Apartment war großartig, sehr sauber und in einer guten Lage. Nur das Problem war, dass ich nicht realisiert habe, bis ich dort war, dass ich eine Deposition gestellt musste. Ich denke, das hätte Teil der Details sein sollen, als ich buchte. Ich wurde informiert, dass es nur als ein verbleibendes Betrag gesetzt werden würde, aber ich wurde belastet. Außer, dass ich die Traumwohnungen genossen und ich werde wieder bleiben
