GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

SSh.kilaEs war eine angenehme Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, aber ich erwartete mehr von einem solchen Hotel. Der Boden des Zimmers war nicht gereinigt und geputzt, und es gab Staub überall. Wir hatten auch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. Ich habe sie jedoch gebeten, zu sehen, ob wir etwas früh überprüfen können und sie uns ohne zusätzliche Kosten lassen! Es lohnt es.

The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

MMAMZWunderbarer Ort, um im Herzen des Stadtzentrums von Belfast zu bleiben. freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht. Zurzeit eines der besten Orte, um in der Gegend zu bleiben. Nur eine Frage war nicht in der Lage, im Hotel zu parken, das gebucht wurde, aber sie bieten einen Rabatt für einen Parkplatz über die Straße. Sie werden hier wieder bleiben.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

GGastnutzerThe apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself.

GGastnutzerLeonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface.
I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

GGuest UserDas Apartment war großartig, sehr sauber und in einer guten Lage. Nur das Problem war, dass ich nicht realisiert habe, bis ich dort war, dass ich eine Deposition gestellt musste. Ich denke, das hätte Teil der Details sein sollen, als ich buchte. Ich wurde informiert, dass es nur als ein verbleibendes Betrag gesetzt werden würde, aber ich wurde belastet. Außer, dass ich die Traumwohnungen genossen und ich werde wieder bleiben
