This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future. We stayed here to go to a Katy Perry concert in SSE arena. We stayed in a room with 2 x Queen begs for 4 girls. It was fab! The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. We had just eat deliveries for food and drink before the concert and got up to a gorgeous breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it caters for all. I am returning in January 2026 and cannot wait already.

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Das Hotel war erstaunlich, seit wir in uns eingestiegen sind, wo sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter begrüßt wurden. Mit den erforderlichen Informationen und einem kleinen Willkommensgetränk ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Frühstück war lecker mit vielen Optionen. Die Auscheckung war wieder ein Brise mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Ich fühlte mich enttäuscht. Ich hatte ein paar Probleme mit meinem Zimmer, während ich dort war. Der verschlossene Drain war fixiert gut. Aber sie haben nie etwas über die gebrochene Klimaanlage getan. Sehr unbehaglich zu schlafen, wenn das Zimmer so heiß war. Selbst der Gastservicebetreiber schien zweifelhaft, dass das Wartungsteam zu ihm kommen würde. Das Frühstück war anständig. Die Angebote waren jeden Tag die gleichen. Gute Option, wenn Ihr Zimmerpreis das abdeckt. Für die Lage ist es auch nicht so gut wie ich hoffe. Dieses Hotel scheint auf der Karte nahe der ICC Belfast zu sein. Allerdings ist der Haupteingang auf der ganzen Gegenseite des Gebäudes. Sie gehen im Grunde ganz draußen, bevor Sie die ICC-Türen erreichen. Wenn ich nach Belfast zurückkehre, werde ich woanders bleiben.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups).

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - kurz, aber definitiv empfehlen! Das Hotel ist wirklich modern und ist sehr zentral. Belfast ist extrem wandelbar und wir lieben unsere Zeit hier. Rezeption Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
