⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

We stayed here to go to a Katy Perry concert in SSE arena. We stayed in a room with 2 x Queen begs for 4 girls. It was fab! The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. We had just eat deliveries for food and drink before the concert and got up to a gorgeous breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it caters for all. I am returning in January 2026 and cannot wait already.

Von der Zeit, als wir in den Hampton im Hilton Cental einstiegen, wurden wir sehr willkommen gemacht. Die Eincheckung war eine Freude und sehr effizient. Wir wurden frühzeitig in unsere Zimmer gelassen. Das Personal konnte nicht mehr angenehm und hilfsbereit sein. Das Zimmer war spottelos 404. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Die Handtücher waren fluffig und reichhaltig. Die Dusche war fab. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr hilfreich, uns einen Tisch sehr schnell zu finden, obwohl das Essenszimmer sehr besetzt war.  Frühstück sehr lecker. Ich bin überrascht, dass das Hotel Personalpreise gewonnen hat. Wir werden zurück sein.

Meine jüngste Frühstückserfahrung in diesem Hotel hatte seine Höhen und Unterkünfte. Erstens war der Baby-Hochstuhl enttäuschend schmutzig, auch nachdem ich eine beträchtliche Zeit mit nassen Wimpern abwischen verbrachte, wie in den Bildern gesehen. Die Reinigungsstandards sollten definitiv verbessert werden. Was den Frühstücksservice betrifft, so blieb es viel zu wünschen. Es fühlte sich, als hätte nur ein Server alles bearbeitet, und es dauerte einen tiefen 20 Minuten, um einen einfachen Joghurt zu servieren. Ich bin sicher, dass ich es in zwei Minuten selbst hätte vorbereiten können. Außerdem war der Joghurt-Anteil ziemlich klein und das Oatmeal war fast unverzehrlich trocken. Ich muss jedoch zugeben, dass die vollen Frühstücksoption die Speiseerfahrung belohnt hat. Insgesamt, während das Frühstück voll genießbar war, die Sauberkeit des Babys Hochstuhl und der langsame Service für Grundstücke wie Yoghurt benötigen erhebliche Verbesserungen.

Ich fühlte mich enttäuscht. Ich hatte ein paar Probleme mit meinem Zimmer, während ich dort war. Der verschlossene Drain war fixiert gut. Aber sie haben nie etwas über die gebrochene Klimaanlage getan. Sehr unbehaglich zu schlafen, wenn das Zimmer so heiß war. Selbst der Gastservicebetreiber schien zweifelhaft, dass das Wartungsteam zu ihm kommen würde. Das Frühstück war anständig. Die Angebote waren jeden Tag die gleichen. Gute Option, wenn Ihr Zimmerpreis das abdeckt. Für die Lage ist es auch nicht so gut wie ich hoffe. Dieses Hotel scheint auf der Karte nahe der ICC Belfast zu sein. Allerdings ist der Haupteingang auf der ganzen Gegenseite des Gebäudes. Sie gehen im Grunde ganz draußen, bevor Sie die ICC-Türen erreichen. Wenn ich nach Belfast zurückkehre, werde ich woanders bleiben.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

Das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Clayton Hotel, und insgesamt war die Erfahrung angenehm und die Unterkunft war komfortabel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut gepflegt, und das Hotel bietet einen guten Preis für einen Übernachtungsurlaub. Ich habe jedoch festgestellt, dass das Rezeptionspersonal von einer stärkeren Aufmerksamkeit und Proaktivität bei der Unterstützung der Gäste profitieren könnte. Es schien bei mehreren Gelegenheiten, dass die Gäste nicht sofort anerkannt wurden, was einen Eindruck von Unaufmerksamkeit insbesondere für internationale Besucher hinterlassen kann. Mein früherer Aufenthalt war vor drei Jahren, und ich hatte gehofft, etwas Verbesserung in diesem Bereich zu sehen. Konsistenter Professionalität und warme Gastfreundschaft auf dem Frontbüro würde die allgemeine Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessern. Ich freue mich auf positive Veränderungen bei meinem nächsten Besuch.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - kurz, aber definitiv empfehlen! Das Hotel ist wirklich modern und ist sehr zentral. Belfast ist extrem wandelbar und wir lieben unsere Zeit hier. Rezeption Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage im Herzen von Süd-Belfast und in der Nähe des Ulster Museums lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Service in diesem Objekt ist auch nicht. Unser Zimmer hatte genug Licht, wie es im 2. Stock war und hatte eines der 3 Victorian Bay Fenster. Das einzige kleine Fliegen in der Wäsche war, dass unser Bad-Dusch nicht zu warmes Wasser scheint - aber die Dusche war dafür geschaffen. Dieses Minihotel ist für Geld sehr wertvoll und die Sauberkeit ist nichts an der Realität.
