GGastnutzerAbsolutely brilliant time here, great location very close to Grand Central Station so perfect for the airport bus. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Food was very nice, even had a pizza after midnight at the hotel bar after a night out. Really nice atmosphere about the place, would definitely choose to stay here again. Became a member of IHG before we stayed & got given a late check-out which was fantastic to help us make the most of our last day. Big thank you to all the staff who are amazingly friendly.

SSh.kilaEs war eine angenehme Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, aber ich erwartete mehr von einem solchen Hotel. Der Boden des Zimmers war nicht gereinigt und geputzt, und es gab Staub überall. Wir hatten auch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. Ich habe sie jedoch gebeten, zu sehen, ob wir etwas früh überprüfen können und sie uns ohne zusätzliche Kosten lassen! Es lohnt es.

GGastnutzerWe were welcomed at reception by one of the friendliest receptionist we have ever met, Aimee or Emma was her name. Nothing was too much trouble for her from checking in to where to go for good food and entertainment, and inquired the next morning on how things went. The hotel is in a great location, comfortable and spacious rooms , have booked to return in April. The only thing we would say was missing was a sign on the footpath pointing out the hotel. Top marks all round .

FFallintutuUmgebung: Die Hotelhallumgebung ist sehr komfortabel ～ Auch für Büro geeignet. Die Tür des Hotels ist ein Park mit einem See und einem Blumenblumen, um zu sehen! Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet und ist sehr rechtzeitig für den Austausch von Bettwaren.
Service: Rezeption ist sehr gut ～ Es ist notwendig
Ein wenig reicht, weil man sich ein bisschen alt und etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt fühlt.

GGastnutzerGreat location, clean and tidy. My only negatives were the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the beds are also only small doubles so not alot of room. We had a nice view looking out onto Belfast cathedral, as shown in the picture. Breakfast was good, with a good selection to choose from and a nice coffee machine. Overall, I would stay again but dont expect a good night's sleep.

GGastnutzerWe arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre,
When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us.
The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

Die Zimmerservicezeit ist etwas seltsam, da die Reinigung von 10 bis 17 Uhr erfolgt. Zweimal kamen sie um 17 Uhr zu reinigen.
Es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit, das Zimmer zu bestellen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben uns einige Beratung über Orte zu besuchen.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Ich habe jedoch festgestellt, dass das Rezeptionspersonal von einer stärkeren Aufmerksamkeit und Proaktivität bei der Unterstützung der Gäste profitieren könnte. Es schien bei mehreren Gelegenheiten, dass die Gäste nicht sofort anerkannt wurden, was einen Eindruck von Unaufmerksamkeit insbesondere für internationale Besucher hinterlassen kann.
Mein früherer Aufenthalt war vor drei Jahren, und ich hatte gehofft, etwas Verbesserung in diesem Bereich zu sehen. Konsistenter Professionalität und warme Gastfreundschaft auf dem Frontbüro würde die allgemeine Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessern. Ich freue mich auf positive Veränderungen bei meinem nächsten Besuch.
