GGastnutzerWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

JJohngoIt is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

OOlivier22Das Hotel bietet ein stilvolles, modernes Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer, das dank seiner japanischen ‑stil WC aussehen kann. Seine Lage ist praktisch nur 10–15 Minuten vom West Changbaishan Bahnhof und es gibt viele Mahlzeiten in der Nähe, mit koreanischen Restaurants ein echtes Highlight. Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel, obwohl es attraktiver wäre, wenn man Eier für den Auftrag kocht. Der wahre Vorteil des Aufenthalts hier ist der Zugang zu den heißen Frühling, in den Zimmerpreis enthalten. Während unseres Aufenthalts mehrere Pools geschlossen wurden, waren die Außenbads offen und bietet eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Ein kleiner Detail, das den Komfort verbessern könnte, wäre die Hüfte auf die Badezimmertür für Kleidung und Handtücher hinzufügen. Insgesamt kombiniert diese Unterkunft moderne Einrichtungen, eine bequeme Lage und entspannende warme Quellen, obwohl ein paar kleine Anpassungen den Aufenthalt noch besser machen könnten.

MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

OOlivier22❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.

GGastnutzerAusstattung: Neben der Klauenmaschine gibt es überraschenderweise auch ein Katzenhaus. Aber was das Skifahren angeht, ist es etwa hundert Meter von der Seilbahn entfernt. Obwohl es nicht weit klingt, ist es ein Nachteil am Changbai-Berg, wo überall Menschen „ein- und ausrutschen“. Sauberkeit: Mittelmäßig. Als Hotel, das in der Nebensaison 1.000 pro Nacht kostet, ist es nicht das, was es sein sollte. Umgebung: Es gibt einige Sets, an denen Mädchen Fotos machen können; es gibt auch einige interaktive Requisiten, die für Kinder geeignet sind; Service: Manager Wang übertrifft alle Erwartungen und ist aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Essen: Es gibt nur ein westliches Restaurant im Hotel und das Essen kann nicht aufs Zimmer geliefert werden. Glücklicherweise kann man Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen, obwohl es nicht viele Möglichkeiten gibt. Wer gut essen möchte, muss dennoch mit dem Shuttlebus in den zentralen Bereich des Resorts fahren. GGastnutzerWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Bei der Ankunft wurde ich von dem Personal warm gegrüßt, das oben und darüber ging, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Eincheckverfahren reibungslos und angenehm war. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit machte mich zu Hause fühlen. Während meiner Aufenthaltszeit blieb das Personal unglaublich hilfreich, immer bereit, mit jeder Anfrage zu helfen, ob es Empfehlungen für lokales Essen oder für die Organisation des Transports war. Die Unterkunft war nichts weniger als luxuriös. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, schön gestaltet und bietet wunderschöne Aussichten. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Dekoration und Einrichtungen spiegelt wirklich die hohen Standards der Park Hyatt-Marke wider. Die Einrichtungen des Resorts waren auch beeindruckend, mit einem fantastischen Außenwärme in der Schnee, die einen perfekten Rückzug nach einem langen Tag auf den Wandern lieferte. Die Mahlzeiten waren wunderschön, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Küchen, die allen Geschmacksen gerecht wurde. Jedes Essen war eine kulinarische Freude, und der Service war unverschämt. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt war der Skizugang, die Lage ist ideal für Anfänger und erfahrene Skifahrer. Das Personal des Skiresorts hat hervorragende Beratung und Unterstützung gegeben, so dass es einfach zu genießen die Strände. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan nichts weniger magisch. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden, der eine luxuriöse und erinnerliche Getaway in den Bergen sucht.
