Das Zimmer ist groß und hell. Es gibt einen unabhängigen Hof. Es kann am Abend ein Gespräch trinken. Es gibt einen kleinen See. Es kann auch Fischen: Der Chef ist enthusiastisch, Die Leiterin ist entspannt und sorgfältig, um Menschen zu entspannen, zu Hause zu kommen. Wenn Probleme auftreten, reagieren sie schnell und erfreulich auf die lokalen leckeren Muskeln. Sie geben das Kind wieder glücklich zu essen. Es ist auch sehr freundlich zu den Kindern. 這家酒店地理位置優越，幾百米就到萬達度假區了，周邊有許多吃的和玩的東西景色也很美，老闆的服務非常熱情，憨厚的臉上永遠都是帶着笑意，遊玩攻略做的特別專業，三天時間的行程幫我們安排的明明白白，該玩的都玩了一點也沒覺得累，真的有一種回家的感覺，讓我對東北的印象大大加分，必須好評滿分推薦。

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön im Sommer, die ganze Familie ist sehr zufrieden! Der Überraschungsteil ist der Service: Telefon vorzeitig bestätigt die Familienmitteilung, die Kinder Zahnfleischschleimhaut ist schon bereit; Früchte sind frisch; ich rufe intim an, wenn ich nicht in den Laden kam, und ich fürchte, wir gehen. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück sehr groß und jeder Mitarbeiter ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Bring die Kinderfamilie in die Augen, absolute Überschüsse wert!

It was a true delight to stay here. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was really good, so we had all our meals in the hotel restaurant, also because the nearest town was too far. We went skiing. The shuttle driver was very nice and patient with us. The rooms were beautifully rustic and there was paper-cutting activity at night when we were staying there. We truly enjoyed our time there, because of the comfortable stay and friendly, hospitable staff.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

絕對令人驚歎的酒店，擁有俯瞰長白山的絕美景色，員工體貼周到，整體服務堪稱一流。特別要提一下劉增玉先生，他竭盡全力確保我們擁有一次完美的住宿體驗。我最早是在五月份來到這家酒店，當時是想先看看餐廳，目標是親眼驗證這裏的景色是否像大家所説的那樣驚艷。景色絕對沒有讓人失望（不過當時餐廳因活動而未開放）。那時酒店員工就已經非常熱心了，我也下定決心夏天要以住客身份再來一次。酒店的所有主要區域都能看到長白山（當然要視天氣而定，而這可能是個不小的變數），所有房間也都能看到山景（不過據説有些房間的視野可能會稍有遮擋）。酒店內的餐廳和其他設施或許看起來有限（比如沒有健身房，游泳池也比較小等），但餐廳的餐飲質量絕對遠超預期（如果不説它是相當驚艷的話，這點我會另寫評價）。游泳池雖小，但是恆温的，而且同樣能欣賞到絕美的山景。我們入住期間，有一羣我猜是美術教授和專業藝術家的人專程來此畫山（可見這裏的景色有多出色）。他們 apparently 為了這個景等了六天才等到（合適的天氣）。另外值得一提的是，雖然這裡有很多家庭和年幼的孩子，而且員工始終非常樂於助人、細心周到、儘量滿足需求——但酒店本身並不是專門為親子設計的。不過，如果能增設一些專門的小童區域之類，這個問題很容易解決。與度假區內的其他酒店相比，這裏離主要的度假區域和商業街也相對較遠（所以帶孩子的話會稍微辛苦一些）。從很多方面來説，這並不是一家適合帶孩子入住的酒店，而更像是一家適合帶你想與之生孩子的人、或者已經育有孩子的老伴一同前來的酒店。最後，我們購買的套餐性價比簡直超高。套餐包含了度假區裏的很多活動項目，我們在三天兩晚的時間裏根本用不完所有權益。所以，儘管這家酒店價格不菲，但搭配套餐後的性價比實際上非常出色。總體強烈推薦，尤其推薦各種套餐。絕對是一家必住的酒店，希望將來還能再來。 Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views of Changbaishan, attentive staff, and excellent service all around. A special mention must be made for Mr. Liu （劉增玉）, who went out of his way to ensure for us a fantastic stay. I first visited the hotel in May to visit the restaurant and see if the view was everything everyone said it was. The view most certainly met expectations （but the restaurant was closed for an event）. At that time the staff was already very helpful, and I was determined to come back to visit in the summer as a hotel guest. All the main areas of the hotel offer a view of the mountain （weather conditions permitting, which can be a big if）, and all the rooms have a view as well （although apparently some rooms may be slightly obstructed）. Restaurant and other amenities within the hotel may seem limited （I.e. no gym, small pool, etc.） but the restaurant food was definitely much better than expected （if not just outright fantastic, which I’ll write about separately）. Pool is small but heated and offers again an amazing view of the mountain. When we were here, a group of what I believe were Art professors and professional artists came to draw the mountain （that’s how good the view can be）. They apparently waited 6 days for the right weather conditions. Another thing to note is that while there were a lot of families and young children here, and the staff was always extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating - the hotel itself is not designed to be kids friendly per se. But that can be easily fixed if there are some dedicated kids areas, etc. It’s also relatively far from the main vacation areas and commercial street when compared to other hotels within the vacation area （so a little bit tougher for the kids）. In many ways, it’s not a hotel designed for bringing kids to, it’s more a hotel designed for bringing someone you want to have kids with or had kids with. Finally, the package that we bought was just amazing value. It included a lot of the activities in the vacation area and there was no way we could use all the benefits in the 3 days and 2 nights. So even though this is an expensive hotel, the value with the package actually is extremely good value. Highly recommend all around and in particular recommend any packages. Definitely a must stay and hope to be back again in the future.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan zu bleiben, und ich kann sicher sagen, es war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Bei der Ankunft wurde ich von dem Personal warm gegrüßt, das oben und darüber ging, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Eincheckverfahren reibungslos und angenehm war. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit machte mich zu Hause fühlen. Während meiner Aufenthaltszeit blieb das Personal unglaublich hilfreich, immer bereit, mit jeder Anfrage zu helfen, ob es Empfehlungen für lokales Essen oder für die Organisation des Transports war. Die Unterkunft war nichts weniger als luxuriös. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, schön gestaltet und bietet wunderschöne Aussichten. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Dekoration und Einrichtungen spiegelt wirklich die hohen Standards der Park Hyatt-Marke wider. Die Einrichtungen des Resorts waren auch beeindruckend, mit einem fantastischen Außenwärme in der Schnee, die einen perfekten Rückzug nach einem langen Tag auf den Wandern lieferte. Die Mahlzeiten waren wunderschön, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Küchen, die allen Geschmacksen gerecht wurde. Jedes Essen war eine kulinarische Freude, und der Service war unverschämt. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt war der Skizugang, die Lage ist ideal für Anfänger und erfahrene Skifahrer. Das Personal des Skiresorts hat hervorragende Beratung und Unterstützung gegeben, so dass es einfach zu genießen die Strände. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan nichts weniger magisch. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden, der eine luxuriöse und erinnerliche Getaway in den Bergen sucht. Ich kann nicht warten, bis ich zurückkehre!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

Das Hotel erster Wahl zum Skifahren in Changbaishan Wanda. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens Changbaishan und ist auch sehr bequem zum Skifahren. Das Hotel verfügt auch über ein Servicecenter, das direkt mit dem Skigebiet verbunden ist Genießen Sie ein Bad in der hoteleigenen heißen Quelle, was sehr angenehm ist. Auch die Verpflegung ist gut, egal ob Frühstück oder Chinarestaurant, die Auswahl ist reichhaltig und der Geschmack gut!
