GGastnutzerWe booked a hotel near the Hengdian World Studios facilities to have an easy access to the scenic areas. This hotel was 5 minutes away from the Palace of Emperor Qin, which already made it an excellent choice, but THE HOTEL ITSELF IS SO BEAUTIFUL!! It has a lot of old-style decoration, the room was wide and had little carvings in the ceiling wooden beams... they were re-arranging the courtyard, we think they may want to plant something?
The room was big, the beds very comfortable (very firm and VERY big), the shower was nigh perfect. We used the floor heating system, but there was also available the A/C from the ceiling if we preferred.
They gave us breakfast every day, freshly made, the eggs in particular were super fresh. Delicious and abundant! Extra praise to the cook, she was very nice even with the language barrier. About that, we spoke zero Chinese, so we used translation apps all day long. All the staff was very, very kind and made great efforts to be understood. We appreciated that immensely!
If we ever go back to Hengdian (hopefully!!), we certainly will go back to this hotel.

Not a major issue, I used it has a bath mat has none wwre provided.. walls arent very soundproof, if your neighbours are yelling, you can hear them. Location is excellent, around the corner from the main strip of restaurants, shops, night market, luckin coffee, starbucks, kfc, maccas, bus stop and yellow taxi stand. Theres not many taxis around, didi seems more common for this area. Its 30min walk to dream valley or 12 yuan taxi ride. For the price, its really good value to stay here. Would recommend.

Ssu_explorerI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁
I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions!
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life!
If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

ZzjyzlmIch hatte ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht und ausdrücklich eines mit Frühstück ausgewählt. Beim Einchecken teilte mir die Rezeption jedoch mit, dass ich nur einen Frühstücksgutschein pro Zimmer erhalten hätte! Meine Buchung für ein Dreibettzimmer mit Frühstück beinhaltete aber nur einen Frühstücksgutschein! Später sah der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption auf mein Handy und sagte, die Plattform habe einen Gutschein bereitgestellt. Ich sagte, ich würde die Plattform kontaktieren, und er stimmte zu. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Plattform stellte sich heraus, dass es sich immer noch um ein Problem des Hotels handelte, und das Hotel stellte weiterhin nur einen Frühstücksgutschein bereit. Das Hotel gab mir sogar die Kontaktnummer der Plattform zurück. Die Plattform löste das Problem schließlich, indem sie die fehlenden Punkte selbst gutschreiben musste!
Ich glaube nicht, dass die Plattform die Schuld trug!
Außerdem hatte eine der Decken auf dem Bett ein kleines Loch (etwa fingergroß).

Meine ******* App hatte eine kleine Problematik, und Mitarbeiter Xiayang ging oben und weiter, um zu helfen. Er ist ein großes Vermögen für das Unternehmen. Mitarbeiterin Frau half auch meine Tochter, ihre anime Artikel zu suchen. Wir lieben dieses Hotel so sehr und werden sicherlich zurückkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Vielen Dank!

CChangyinyuejudefengjianche✎Ich habe dieses Jahr Hengdian für meinen Geburtstagsausflug ausgewählt. Das Einchecken im Hengdian Tourism Building war völlig unkonventionell. Ich habe dem Hengdian Tourism Building eine Zehn-Sterne-Bewertung gegeben 👍🏻
Ausstattung: Die Umgebung der beiden Gebäude des Hotels ist elegant und das Zimmer im mediterranen Stil ist voller Blau und Wärme sauber.
Service: Ich möchte der aufmerksamen Frau Lili an der Rezeption meinen aufrichtigen Dank für die sorgfältige Vorbereitung von Geschenken und Arrangements für die Geburtstage meiner Kollegen aussprechen. Ich bin sehr berührt. Es gibt auch eine rundgesichtige Frau Xu an der Rezeption, der eine Brille trägt und alle malerischen Orte, Transportmöglichkeiten und Essen in Hengdian ausführlich empfohlen hat. Vielen Dank auch Herr Li, der das Gepäck aufbewahrt hat
Die Reise hat es eilig und ich bin zurück nach Shanghai. Bis zum nächsten Mal im Tourism Building👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
