We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Die gesamte Atmosphäre der Separatorenräume öffnet sich, das Aussehen der exquisiten Luft, und im Moment des Eingangs der Tür wurde erstaunt vom Hinterhof. Das Wasser des Badegewässers ist sauber, die falsche grüne Bergpflanze ist verwirrt, die Pflanze des Grases wird gebaut, der Fisch ist gefangen und der Bergstil ist außergewöhnlich. Die Hardware des Gästezimmers ist vorhanden und die öffentliche Region ist großzügig, ob es sich um einen Urlaub oder um einen Freundschaftsbau handelt. Der Chef wartete auf die Menschen, die Nachfrage antwortete besonders rechtzeitig, der Hof war sauber und elegant, durch den Herzen, hier eine angenehme und entspannte Urlaub verbracht, die nächste Party wird hier wählen!

Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Zirkusstadt, es ist zwei oder drei Minuten zu Fuß gekommen, andere Attraktionen im Vergleich zum Lieblingsgeschäft, die Zirkusstadt ist am besten geeignet für das Baby zu spielen, alle Attraktionen können mehrmals eingehen, der Tag ist zu heiß, nach dem Sonnenuntergang kann man auch im Zirkus Freizeitpark spielen, viele unbewegliche Einrichtungen, Es ist besonders bequem, direkt zum Hotel zu gehen, um zu baden. Das Hotel ist wirklich ein bisschen alt, aber das Zimmer ist immer noch sehr sauber, und der Hall ist auch gut, um Fotos zu machen.

Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig und hell, mit guter Soundproofing, die jeden Abend eine ruhige und komfortable Schlafmöglichkeit ermöglichen. Das Front Desk Personal ist warm und aufmerksam, und der Eincheckungsprozess ist schnell und effizient. Von Buchung bis Checkout, bietet das Personal einen überaus gedankenvollen und professionellen Service. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist reichhaltig, und die Mahlzeiten können an den persönlichen Geschmack angepasst werden, so dass Sie sich wirklich zu Hause fühlen. Es war ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt!

Malaysisches Gast hier 😍 Ich blieb hier zwei Nächte, als ich Hengdian besuchte. Insgesamt hatte ich einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Sauberkeit war sehr zufriedenstellend, das Zimmer n Toilette wurde gut gepflegt. Das Badezimmer hat grundlegende Einrichtungen wie Slips, Zahnbürste, Handtücher und ein Fußmatt. Die Dusche, das Tauchen und das warme und kalte Wasser funktionierten perfekt. Das Zimmer war auch gut ausgestattet mit Kettle, Tassen und einigen Beuteln (möglicherweise Kaffee oder Tee). Fernseher und Klimaanlage funktionierten gut, was den Aufenthalt bequem machte. Eines der besten Dinge über dieses Hotel ist sicherlich die Lage. Es liegt entlang der Wansheng Street, die sehr lebendig und passiert in der Nacht. Sie können einfach umherlaufen, da alles in der Nähe ist, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und sogar eine Apotheke direkt vor dem Hotel. Für muslimische Reisende wie uns ist diese Lage besonders bequem, da es ein halal Restaurant (qingzhen) nur über das Hotel gibt, was es sehr einfach zu finden halal Lebensmittel. Der Empfangsmann war auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Obwohl es eine Sprachbarriere gab, versuchten sie immer noch, uns zu kommunizieren und zu helfen. Ein weiteres großes Gerät ist das Waschzimmer in der Nähe der Lobby. Es ist sehr bequem, mit 2 Waschmaschinen, einem Trockner, einem Dampf-Eisen n sogar Detergent. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel für seine Reinigung, Einrichtungen und insbesondere seine strategische Lage ✨✨✨✨✨

I stayed another 4 nights again because I find the hotel is peaceful when I am in my room all day. The weather is hot in the summer and what better way is to spend peaceful quiet time working from the room. The hotel has an intelligent robot that delivers foods that’s ordered from outside restaurants, delivered to the room. What surprises me was the robot will call the room phone to inform that it’s outside the door waiting for my collection.

Despite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating. The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel. For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi. If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I booked a room at Holiday Inn expecting a comfortable stay and the usual quality associated with the brand. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing major renovation works inside the building as well as on the front and back exterior. Although I was told the construction noise would be limited to 9 AM–9 PM, I was woken up by renovation work at 6:04 AM on my first morning. Even on the 8th floor, there was noticeable noise, dust, and construction activity. The location is good and the staff were very kind, but I would not recommend staying here while the renovations are ongoing. Guests should be clearly informed about the extent of the construction before booking.

**Great Value for Money with Friendly Service** I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need. The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries. One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
