MMarymlchanThe location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor.
The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big.
The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her.
The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good.
I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..

YYifangaaaDie beste Familie, die ich je gesehen habe! Die Familie des Chefs ist sehr enthusiastisch und intim. Die Volksdekoration ist wirklich sehr charakteristisch. Die alten, alten Holzbäume. Nachdem ich mit dem Chef gesprochen habe, wusste ich, dass der Chef selbst ein Designer ist. Die Volksdekoration ist sein eigenes Design. Obwohl das Frühstück wunderbar und unheilbar war, machte Tante jeden Tag früh Handarbeit. Es ist sehr frisch und lecker, viel besser als die vorbereiteten Gerichte! Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber, die Lage ist auch sehr bequem, die Landschaftszone umgeben ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, so dass wir alle einen Spaziergang brauchen, um zunächst so viele Worte zu kommen, nächstes Mal wieder!!

While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests.
From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area.
Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable.
But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip.
Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels.
All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that.
We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Ssu_explorerI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁
I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions!
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life!
If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

JjwtWir haben 3 Nächte geblieben. Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe an vielen der Studio-Szenarien der Welt. Obwohl die Zimmer ein bisschen alt sind, ist es sauber. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach, aber angemessen. Als Teil des Geschenks für die Hotelreservierung erhalten Sie auch Rabatt für die Welt Studio-Tickets. Der Senior Lobby Rezeptor, denke ich, ist ihr Name Vad, der meine Familie diente, ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie hat uns auch gesagt, dass das Hotel nächstes Jahr eine Modernisierung vornehmen wird. Hoffnung, nach der Renovierung des Hotels zu revisieren.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten und Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Auch die Attraktionen der Hengdian World Studios sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause fühlte.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und es meinen Freunden wärmstens empfehlen.

GGastnutzerDespite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating.
The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel.
For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi.
If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

GGastnutzerI stayed 3 nights at the hotel which has a superb location right across from the Qin Palace. The hotel is undergoing some upgrade renovations from level 3-5, therefore we could hear the drilling and knocking sound at Level 7 (highest is level 8). The lady at the reception counter wasn't very useful with giving information, i.e. nearest convenience store, where to eat. She pointed us to a convenience store that was far away when there was a convenience store located next to the hotel across an alley. There was plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but couldn't recommend any of it. Instead, she told us to take an e-hailing ride to the Wansheng South Street.
The laundry facility is on level 2 which was one of the level partially closed due to renovations. One of the housekeeping staff was using the limited laundry facility for her own clothes. I bumped into her twice, once around 5pm when both washers were in use, and I waited at the seating area outsite the laundry room for my turn. She told my children and I to move over to another side of the seating area as if I was trespassing into her space. Then when one of the washer started beeping to signal that the washing was completed, she told me it was hers when I started transferring those clothes (only 2 pieces) to the dryer so I could use the washer after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Another time was on the morning at around 7am. I bumped into the same housekeeping staff and she was again using the laundry facillity. It makes me wonder if hotel staff are allowed to use the hotel facilities for their personal gain.
Overall, I'm happy with the location, but nothing else to shout about considering that this is an international hotel chain. Even the bedroom slippers are so thin compared to other hotels that I've stayed during my trip to China.
