"Vorteile: Günstiger Preis, gute Ausstattung und korrekte Zimmergröße; die Rezeptionistin war schnell, hilfsbereit und stets freundlich; ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Qin-Palastes, der Qingming-Flusslandschaft und des Traumtals. Tägliche Toilettenartikel wurden bereitgestellt und das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich. Nachteile: Nicht genutzte Frühstücksgutscheine wurden nicht erstattet (anders als im Nachbarzimmer); die Auswahl beim Frühstück war begrenzt und der Geschmack mittelmäßig (nicht einmal so gut wie an den Frühstücksständen außerhalb des Zimmers). Das Zimmer roch am ersten Tag stark nach Staub; ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob dies an mangelnder Reinigung und Belüftung oder an der langen Leerstandszeit lag. Fazit: Durchaus zufriedenstellend, ein Hotel, in das ich gerne zurückkehren würde. Die beigefügten Fotos sind Weitwinkelaufnahmen."

The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!"

"Despite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating. The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel. For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi. If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice."
