Wann wird die Telefongespräche vorzeitig kommen, wird Ihnen helfen, die Klimaanlage zu öffnen, wir werden jeden Tag Obst willkommen heißen, die Rezeption-Miss Schwester Service ist super gut, die Kinder müssen sich verabschieden, die Miss Schwester kann helfen, zu kaufen. Besonders lobenswert. Die Untergeschosseinrichtungen sind auch komplett, der Laufwerk hat einen Tisch, einen Tischball, das Baby ist sehr glücklich zu spielen

Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Wir prüfen, und das Hotelpersonal helfen uns, wenn sie sehen, dass wir nicht in der Lage sind, die Didi zu bekommen. Er hat herausgefunden, dass wir noch mehr als 15Minit außerhalb des Hotels stehen. Ich hatte ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht und ausdrücklich eines mit Frühstück ausgewählt. Beim Einchecken teilte mir die Rezeption jedoch mit, dass ich nur einen Frühstücksgutschein pro Zimmer erhalten hätte! Meine Buchung für ein Dreibettzimmer mit Frühstück beinhaltete aber nur einen Frühstücksgutschein! Später sah der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption auf mein Handy und sagte, die Plattform habe einen Gutschein bereitgestellt. Ich sagte, ich würde die Plattform kontaktieren, und er stimmte zu. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Plattform stellte sich heraus, dass es sich immer noch um ein Problem des Hotels handelte, und das Hotel stellte weiterhin nur einen Frühstücksgutschein bereit. Das Hotel gab mir sogar die Kontaktnummer der Plattform zurück. Die Plattform löste das Problem schließlich, indem sie die fehlenden Punkte selbst gutschreiben musste! Ich glaube nicht, dass die Plattform die Schuld trug! Außerdem hatte eine der Decken auf dem Bett ein kleines Loch (etwa fingergroß).

Das Radison Sekulary Hotel wird stark empfohlen, und das Gesamtverbleiben fühlt sich über die Erwartungen hinaus. Die Hallenumgebung ist elegant und die Atmosphäre ist sehr sauber und die öffentliche Region ist sehr sauber. Der Zimmerraum ist groß, das Licht ist gut und die hygienischen Details sind nicht ungeschmackvoll. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und alle Arten von Einrichtungen sind gut genutzt. Der Service ist intim und sorgfältig, das Personal behandelt die Menschen freundlich und es gibt Probleme, um schnell zu behandeln. Die Einrichtungen sind praktisch und die Atmosphäre des Lebens ist sehr gut. Der Preis ist vernünftig, die umfassende Qualität online, es kann sich entspannen und ruhig leben. Die Reise ist sehr komfortabel hier, die Reise wird viel zusätzlich bewertet, es gibt die Chance, wieder zu bleiben.

Despite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating. The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel. For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi. If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Love this little family run hotel. The decor was a rustic shabby vintage style that my girls and I absolutely loved. All the amenities were very well thought of and the Asian breakfast was served in this cute 9 square box. Highly recommend!

I booked a room at Holiday Inn expecting a comfortable stay and the usual quality associated with the brand. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing major renovation works inside the building as well as on the front and back exterior. Although I was told the construction noise would be limited to 9 AM–9 PM, I was woken up by renovation work at 6:04 AM on my first morning. Even on the 8th floor, there was noticeable noise, dust, and construction activity. The location is good and the staff were very kind, but I would not recommend staying here while the renovations are ongoing. Guests should be clearly informed about the extent of the construction before booking.

Will definitely check in again in this hotel if ever I get back in Hengdian. 💯
