"I received a warm welcome from the staff, and while my Chinese is very poor, we managed to communicate well. One of the staff helped me to my room with my luggage, and I was offered a cup of tea on arrival. The room was amazing, and very clean. I chatted with the staff on my 3 days and found them to be very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay here - I love the area too! And would definitely stay again (I loved this seating area!)"

"I stayed for 3 nights and chose a hotel that would be most convenient for exploring the Hengdian studios. Whilst the room could do with a bit of upgrade (eg adding a mini fridge that actually works, cleaner carpets etc), the whole experience deserves a 5 star because of the excellent support of all the staff members. They were really helpful and WeChat worked perfectly on this occasion, especially as my Chinese is very limited. The staff was especially helpful in making me feel as welcome as possible and to take special care of me. I would like to mention Edina who was always there over Wechat, if I had a question. I didn't use the restaurant nor any other facilities, but I'm already missing the quiet and relaxed surroundings of this Grand hotel. It was only a few minutes walk to one of the major Hengdian studio attractions. I also appreciated the free fruits served every day. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates good service and proximity to the relevant Hengdian studios."

"Despite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating. The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel. For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi. If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice."

"I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁 I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions! The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life! If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions."

"The hotel is new, clean, and very spacious. It comes with a wireless phone charger and Tmall Genie (天猫精灵), which was a nice touch. For the price, it's an excellent value and I really have nothing to complain about. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Hengdian World Studios, taking around 12–15 minutes by car. Overall, I would definitely recommend it."

"Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, direkt neben den alten Wohnhäusern und gegenüber von Taikoo Shing, was es ideal zum Einkaufen und Essen geht. Auch der Qin-Palast und das Traumtal sind nur drei bis vier Taximinuten entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service an der Rezeption, die sehr sauberen Zimmer und die ausgezeichnete Schalldämmung. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten."
