Ort und Einrichtungen:  Die Lage ist das größte Vermögen dieses schönen unabhängigen Hotels. Es liegt in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Toowong und der Geschäfte und Restaurants, die es umgeben, die Chemie & ein 24-Stunden-Bequemlichkeitsgeschäft 7-11. Das Hotel selbst ist das Katsuco japanische Restaurant auf seinem Bodenboden - berühmt für seine gute japanische Küche. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze für Gäste, aber die Lotsen sind begrenzt (ca. 25 Lotsen). Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze entlang der Sherwood Straße auf der gleichen Seite wie das Hotel. Hoteldesign, Umgebung, Service:  Das Hotellobby ist gemütlich und kompakt, mit einem kleinen Sitzbereich vor dem Rezeption. Je nach Tag der Woche und Tageszeit reichen die Mitarbeiter von unsichtbar bis proaktiv polit & im Allgemeinen schön. Es gibt einen Aufzug, um Sie über die drei Etagen in Ihre Zimmer zu nehmen. Zimmerdesign, Komfort, Akustik: (Deluxe King) Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß - mit ausreichendem Gepäckraum und ausreichenden Punkten für die Ladung. Es gibt einen Eisenbänk, Kettle, Zimmersack, kostenlose Teebeutel, die üblichen Seifen und Klimaanlagen und Feuchtigkeitsstufen. Die Badezimmer sind gut konzipiert mit einem netten, intelligenten/schalterbaren/dynamischen Glas, das in das Schlafzimmer blickt. Der Duschekopf ist eine Regendusche - sicherlich geben es glaubt. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind sehr komfortabel- Aussehen & bemerkenswert. Es gibt Schleifenvorhänge, die gut funktionieren. Was die Akustik betrifft - insgesamt angemessen ruhig angesichts der Lage an der Ecke einer besetzten Kreuzweg. Lärm aus dem Korridor schwimmt je nach Ihren Nachbarn. Es gibt auch die übliche milde Hum & Grimm aus der Bar Kühlschrank & Whirl aus dem Klimaanlage. Die gelegentliche Straßenwagen-Kakophonie kann während des Tages gehört werden, aber in der Regel ist es ruhig in der Nacht. So ist ein guter Schlaf in der Regel erreichbar. Insgesamt: Im Risiko, es beliebter zu machen als es bereits ist, ist dies ein hoch empfohlenes Eigentum außerhalb der Stadt, mit kostenloser Parkplätze. Werden Sie zurück, wenn in der Gegend!

Der Busverkehr ist nicht sehr bequem. Besonders wenn Sie nachts zum Hotel zurückkehren, können Sie oft keinen Busverkehr haben, wenn Sie lange Berge zurückkehren. Aber es gibt einen Busverkehr am Tag, wenn Sie nicht zu häufig sind. Es ist gerade eine Entfernung vom Zentrum. Die Blumen im Badezimmer haben einen seltsamen Mechaniker, aber zwei Handtücher sind immer noch gut. Es gibt einige schwarze Punkte im Schlafzimmer, aber das Zimmer ist groß. Es gibt keine Landschaft und gar keine Privatsphäre im zweiten Stock, die den Menschen zugute kommen. Am nächsten Morgen hat er über 270 Messer außer 100 Gold gedreht. Nachdem er den Postmanager kontaktiert hat, hat er keine Erklärung dafür gemacht, dass er sich entschuldigt hat. Es fühlt sich sehr unglaublich an.

Alles was ich sagen konnte war dieser Ort war wunderbar. Es war ein kurzer 2-night Aufenthalt, und wir genossen wirklich, wie die Unterkunft ist so bequem, zentral gelegen zu allen Dingen und Orten, die wir gehen wollten. Wir liebten den großen Wohnraum für unsere Entpackung und Verpackung. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit zusammen im Wohnraum, das war, was wir gerne als Gruppe reisen. Das Badezimmer war sauber und die Shampoo-Badewaffe und Klimaanlage riecht erstaunlich:) Die Eincheckung war schnell und das Front Desk war sehr hilfreich, wenn wir das Telefon für lokale Anrufe und auch die Schatten schulden. Hat eine tolle Zeit !

I recently had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Brisbane. The overall experience was delightful, starting with the warm and friendly check-in process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with a range of options to suit all tastes. The service in the dining area was efficient and attentive, making for a great start to each day. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to explore Brisbane's attractions. I highly recommend the Marriott Brisbane for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

The service of the concierge, reception and porter were absolutely faultless. They were very helpful, efficient, polite and respectful. The cleaniness of the room was questionable with public hair on the bathroom wall and some sort of dirt splattering on the tiles. There is some much needed maintenance/updating to be done and consultation with the practicality of the layout of the room and bathroom. The pool was not accessible by the time I checked in after my late flight and I could not use it early enough the next morning before I needed to depart which was very disappointing as I need to swim daily. Breakfast in the morning had lots to offer and it was clearly all freshly well made/delicious. I wish I had had more time to enjoy that and make it worthwhile. People with disability’s may have difficulty with the heavy lid containers that house the hot food. Room service was exceptionally slow, inaccurate and poor quality. If you are happy to spend $10 for a single latte to be brought to your room you would hope that it was available as listed or the alternative offered was at least delivered quickly and well made. Notes to room service were not read. Would stay again if I was purely considering the breakfast, concierge, reception and porter staff as mentioned. If the rooms, facilities, protocols and room service have not been updated then I’d give it a miss.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren genau das, was ich brauchte - ein Schlafplatz. Ich würde nochmal buchen.

Die Ausstattung dieses Apartment-Hotels ist eher einfach gehalten. Als wir im zweiten Stock wohnten, fanden wir Ameisen auf dem Bett. Im Zimmer gab es nur einen kleinen Mülleimer in der Toilette. Die Duschutensilien und der Schaumseifenspender am Waschbecken waren identisch. Es empfiehlt sich, eigenes Shampoo und Duschgel mitzubringen. Das Personal war professionell und freundlich, aber die Rezeption war nach 19 Uhr unbesetzt. Wir mussten anrufen, um die Schlüsselkarte zu erhalten. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis mittelmäßig.

Although I received my booking confirmation from a third party, somehow I missed important check-in information from the hotel which is keyless and has no onsite reception. Through the kindness of strangers, we were able to get into the foyer where there was a number to contact. It’s advertised as a 24hr reception but it’s important guests know it’s a remote reception. Once I got onto the receptionist, he was able to send me the important message with the check-in information. As we were heading out for dinner we were able to assist another couple who were experiencing the same problem. Overall, it was a good stopover. We had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed, however, there were no bedside lamps for reading and the one wall lamp near the bed didn’t work. The shower was hot and the location is excellent for access to a variety of great restaurants.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.
