SSaras SuhumaranA wonderful hotel that provided a kitchenette with microwave oven to heat up our food and crockeries to consume our food. The fridge was big enough too. Just thought that a shower curtain and a bidet in the toilet would be more helpful.

GGastnutzerDer Busverkehr ist nicht sehr bequem. Besonders wenn Sie nachts zum Hotel zurückkehren, können Sie oft keinen Busverkehr haben, wenn Sie lange Berge zurückkehren. Aber es gibt einen Busverkehr am Tag, wenn Sie nicht zu häufig sind. Es ist gerade eine Entfernung vom Zentrum.
Die Blumen im Badezimmer haben einen seltsamen Mechaniker, aber zwei Handtücher sind immer noch gut.
Es gibt einige schwarze Punkte im Schlafzimmer, aber das Zimmer ist groß. Es gibt keine Landschaft und gar keine Privatsphäre im zweiten Stock, die den Menschen zugute kommen.
Am nächsten Morgen hat er über 270 Messer außer 100 Gold gedreht. Nachdem er den Postmanager kontaktiert hat, hat er keine Erklärung dafür gemacht, dass er sich entschuldigt hat. Es fühlt sich sehr unglaublich an.

MMASSOODDie Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Umgebung und die Stadt-Skyline sind schön, sowohl während des Tages als auch vor allem bei Nacht.
Da ich ein ruhiges Zimmer beantragt hatte, so dass ich genügend Ruhe bekommen konnte, machte das Hotelpersonal alles, um meine Anfrage zu befriedigen, und ich war mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Obwohl im Zimmer noch eine kleine Menge Lärm gehört werden konnte, war es gering und leicht zu übersehen.
Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war sehr gut, und das Personal war freundlich, professionell und hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts. Insgesamt hatte ich eine angenehme Erfahrung und würde gerne hier wieder bleiben.

JJustinThe concierge was extremely poor, drove in with my 7 seaters rented car, and staff simply ignored my existence - didn't even bother to come out to greet us nor offer any help with the luggage, even after telling him that I'll need help - zero awareness and zero service. The luggage trolley is simply an ornament. Excuse me, it's Marriott! Never in my life have i had to experience such an unwelcoming experience.
However, the receptionist (wearing spec) was the only person who gave my family a warm welcome, likewise the staff at the buffet. 👍

PpsouzaThe elevators are from the time that elevators were not invented yet, there is even a lovely ghost sound when it shuts the door.
The bed is small incredibly small, the room is small, the towels are small, even for me that am small.
There was no space in the parking (probably is also small), though they have 3 teenagers working there, and I was advised to park in the public parking across the street that closes at 11pm, and you cannot take you car off.
The rooftop bar doesn't exist.
The carpet has a lovely amount of hair from the time the elevators were installed (maybe belonged to the ghost)...
They couldn't link my accor accounts and none of my member benefits were provided.

Die Serviceleistung des Hotelpersonals war unvermögenswert. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, wurde ich mit warmer und professioneller Begrüßung begrüßt. Das Personal ging oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden, und sie waren immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen oder Anfragen zu helfen. Die verfügbaren Einrichtungen, vom Fitnesscenter bis zum Poolbereich, waren fantastisch, und ich habe sie während meines Aufenthalts voll genutzt. Es ist offensichtlich, dass das Hotel sehr stolz ist, seine Einrichtungen auf einem hohen Standard zu halten. Ein weiterer 5/5 für Exzellenz hier.
Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung im Hotel X Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Vignette Collection, nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Die Kombination aus hervorragender Service, preiswerte Einrichtungen und gemütlichen Essen machte meinen Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerebar. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der Brisbane besucht, und freue mich auf eine Rückkehr in der Zukunft.”

GGastnutzerIt was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site.
Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in.
Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in.
Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think.
I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist.
Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!)
I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house)
So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one.
Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit.
We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have.
If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

GGastnutzerAn absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast.
I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area.
Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved:
* the included healthy breakfast,
* free on-site parking
*Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch)
* very friendly and kind staff
* neat and good layout of room
* comfortable bed
* good air conditioning
* friendly people throughout the building
* walking distance to Chermside shopping centre
* excellent price
Thing I didn't like as much:
* not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways
* the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping.
Highly recommended.
