Ein hervorragendes Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern mitten in Paris, das uns insbesondere Dank seines sehr netten charmanten und professionellen Personals einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Paris bescherte. Wir fühlten uns bereits von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen und wurden sehr freundlich beim Checkin begrüßt und anschließend auf unser Zimmer begleitet. Dieser erste positive Eindruck blieb durchweg bestehen, so wurde beispielsweise beim Verlassen des Hotels bei Regen ungefragt ein Regenschirm gereicht und aufgespannt oder stets mit einem Lächeln jeglicher Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Man spürt, dass das Personal mit Freude und Herzlichkeit versucht, einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank für vier wunderschöne Tage in Paris! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic location, excellent service and friendly staff. I stayed for 3 nights and found everything to be convenient and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. I took one star off for the comfort of the room - specifically the sheets were kind of scratchy and itchy, the bed was not super comfortable, and the AC was weak. It wasn’t that hot while we were there, so we only used the AC at night but there was only a way to turn the fan on/off - no temperature setting. So there was no way to know how hot or cold you might be, which took a little trial and error for us.

It was my wife's 40th birthday and the hotel did an amazing job making us feel special. The concierge was amazing and helped us tremendously with all kinds of activities. We stayed for 6 nights and will definitely be back. The location was perfect and allowed us to get to many different parts of the city with ease.

This was an exceptional hotel. The staff was super helpful and went beyond in every area. The concierge staff helped us organize all our restaurant and tour reservations - so a big thank you to Carl, Pauline and Adrien! Marina and Cecile and the front desk were very welcoming and so was Shara the welcome guest. They have the BEST breakfast! The room was very large and modern. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. We had a super wonderful experience. It is located in a great location as well.

The ambience of the hotel and location were fantastic only exceeded by the cafe and attention provided by Claire and the other staff! The rooms were very nicely appointed, cozy and comfortable…certainly will be our stay of choice on future trips to the city of lights and romance.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Maison Delano and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is only 1 year old even though it is located in an old hotel particulier so everything is in perfect condition. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my bath tub draining and the repairman was there to fix it before I got back to my room. The concierge staff helped me get reservations to choice restaurants. Sara Biglino of Guest Relations was delightful and fun. The hotel is located across from the British Embassy and close to the Palais Elysee. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and the Place de la Concorde is a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was served in the open-air courtyard and it was delicious. The bar is cozy and served great drinks. I cannot think of anything to improve.

Amazing place to stay in Paris! Just wonderful and perfect! We came from another hotel where we had a bad experience and everything exceeded our expectations! 5 stars services and staff! Of course this hotel will be our choice for stays in Paris from now on!
