Wyndham Tortola Bvi Lambert Beach Resort

Arrive early. Check in desk says no towels for beach really. Desk check in worst customer service ever. Pool bar tender nice . Food in dining area great nice staff. Fire the front desk staff. Total ass at check in 20 groups pile luggage in lobby like us. Will avoid this hotel from now on. So many on island better nicer.

My wife and I along with another couple stayed here a night following just over a week on a catamaran in the BVIs. On the trip, we spent a lot of time in the water and on some beautiful beaches. The beach, water, and the pool at the Wyndham Tortola BVI rivaled any we saw in the islands. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, well maintained. Restaurant wait staff were just OK, not great. Bartender was rude, not helpful. Would not take a simple food order, and rolled his eyes at us for making a simple request to get wait staff to our group of 4 in the restaurant. Two other tables saw this and promptly left without being served (we saw them later and they confirmed this). Staff at check-in desk were Excellent, efficient and very helpful with every request.

The hotel is safe, comfortable and convenient for airport. Location is fabulous Whilst staff were very pleasant, quality of food at dinner was disappointing.

Staff all seemed grumpy and put out by any request. Shower was dirty and seals were falling off shower doors. Chose property because of proximity to airport but would not stay here again. Staff needs training in customer service.

Amazing place, excellent property location secluded beach. Good food, servers are not that friendly, they can’t remember which is your order, besides that a very good place to spend a week at the beach.

The location is gorgeous — on a private white sand beach. The outdoor eating and bar areas overlook the ocean and the pool area is tastefully planned with a pool bar and lounge chairs and shaded areas to sit. Rooms are bungalow style and beautifully furnished — staff friendly and efficient.

Location, location. If here for a few nights before or after a BVI sailing charter, this is the place to stay! Beautiful beachfront and close to airport and Hodges Creek. Restaurant is decent and staff are terrific. Will return.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches on Tortola and we explored the whole island. Probably not the beach for kids as the waves can get big but i enjoyed swimming there. Pool is gorgeous and Im sure if I had my kids with me we would have spent more time there. If you are looking for a quiet place then Wyndam is it. Rarely saw other guests. Mostly at sunset and Im talking like MAYBE 5 other people on the entire beach. I am so glad I rented a car for the week as this hotel is quite remote. The food there was good and we opted to eat in our room but glad we had a car to go explore other options. Especially liked Beef Island for dinner! Im not sure grabbing a cab is very easy there. Few things we figured out along the way...we bought a cooler for the room and stocked up on drinks, snacks and ice daily as the room fridge was not cold and there is really no access to ice at hotel. The rooms were beautiful. Yes some ants but comes with the territory. Alex the groundsman was extremely helpful for navigating the island and whatever we needed at the room. Pool bar only open on weekends. We basically spent our days exploring the island but looked forward to returning to Lambert and our room each day for sunset, showers then off to dinner where ever! I would go back for sure.
