L3 Oasis Hotel

Stayed here with my child on our way home from LA and loved this property. Sometimes with smaller/lesser known hotels, I'm not optimistic of how the pictures match up to the actual property and how clean they will be. Our room was immaculate, the beds are quite comfy and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. It's also centrally located and the staff was very professional and kind. I will absolutely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

We heard people talking loudly all night. They put us next to the janitors room so the cleaning people could be heard all morning while we were trying to sleep. I found hairs in the shower that were clearly not ours and the beds were very small.

The rooms were moderately clean, smelled old and musty. There were no microwaves in the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable. I expected more considering the price we paid per room.

The hotel is very clean and efficiently run. I had a terrible experience because the people in the room next to us had their TV blaring and were talking until 2 am. In criticism of the hotel the walls must be like paper. I could not believe the sound volume and clarity of the voices we would hear.

My room was quite spacious and had been upgraded/remodeled, and I enjoyed being there. Good lighting, several desk or tabletops to put suitcases, etc. The pool area was as shown in the photos: very large with comfortable lounge chairs and good exposure along one side, where you could get the last of the setting sun. However, there's a reason they don't show ANY photos of the entryway or lobby. Really pretty low-grade with old, cheap furniture, saggy curtains, painted concrete floors, etc. Metal rack like you'd see at Home Depot displaying things to buy like cereal, candy, this and that. Regarding coffee (one of the most important things, especially first thing in the morning!): the drip coffeemaker in the room did a reasonable job of making coffee. But an espresso maker would have been appreciated. NO food at all provided in the lobby or elsewhere for breakfast, so that was kind of bleak. The grounds and buildings are in SERIOUS need of a facelift (paint, plantings, etc.). Parking was convenient on the grounds near the entrance. All in all, I was rather disappointed that, for the price, (basically $300 per night total in February) the place was kinda slipshod. Nice people at the desk!

The facilities offered are decent for the price. One recommendation to the hotel would be to change the bed from the metal frame to a more sturdier wooden frame or a better metal frame. The current bed frame is not very stable

This property is very shabby. Hairs on sheets, stained up towels, uncomfortable bed and scratchy sheets. Broken dresser. Heated pool was cold. Internet not working. Not worth the price, we were supposed to stay 3 nights but only stay 1 and found another hotel.

An OK stay. The outdoor pool areas were fantastic. Very clean. Our room, not so much. Floors made our feet black! Beds were comfortable though. Pictures look much better than the actual rooms do. Easy to get downtown PS. Great diner across the street. Would recommend for short stay.

The bathrooms are definitely in need of an update. BUT! Things were clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The pools are mostly well kept. For 100$ a night, it was great!
