First service fanstasic, at the desk. The only thing was you had to call for them to put the heat on. And the sky tv, for international tv. And the tv near the bed was only channel for Italian speaking people.so that mean I had to watch tv on the small couch, were the seating area was cold and the old window broken while the cold air came in the room. The roo just need more cozyness otherwise okay. Super service from the personal.

空港バスの停留所まで極近い。 早朝4時に1人で向かっても不安は無かった。 スタッフは皆さん親切で快適に滞在できた。 天井高のある西洋建築なので夜中に少々寒かったりするのも事前に知ってさえいれば対処できるレベル。

We liked where the hotel was located. Everything was accessible.

Hotel was great and located in a safe area. The room was comfortable, but in need of a refresh paint job and updated restrooms.

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación cerca del Politeama y a pocos metros del teatro Massimo. La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia. El personal fue muy atento (hablan también en español) y eficiente. El desayuno era abundante y variado. También hay que destacar que hay cochera para estacionar el vehículo.

A nice respite in a lively area with many dining and shopping options. An easy an interesting walk directly to the Quattro Canti.

Air conditioning is vital, not a luxury, for a comfortable existence. It was July during an epic heatwave, and the room with just not cool down. it’s a nice building. And yes it was clean.

Well-located hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast included a variety of foods and it was delicious. The only problem for us was the poor-quality of the air-conditioning unit. The front desk kept telling us it was working, but the room remained very hot. It was a bit difficult to fall asleep because of how hot it was. At the end, we requested a fan and that helped a lot.

今回はジュニアスイートに３泊したが、以下の２つの理由により、満足できる滞在ではなかった。 １．３泊するためバスタブ付が良いと思い、部屋の詳細に浴槽付と書いてあったジュニアスイートを選び、さらに念のためバスタブ付を希望とリクエスト欄に記載したにもかかわらず、チェックインで割り当てられた部屋はシャワーオンリーだった。当日は時間が遅かった（18:30頃）ため他に部屋がないとのことで、翌日部屋を変えてもらったが、初日に洗濯ができないなど、大変不便であった。なお、変わった部屋（116号室）はシャワーと浴槽が別々になっており、湯沸し器が付いていたが、初日の部屋（202号室）はただ広いだけで湯沸し器もついておらず、あれではジュニアスイートに値しないと思う。また、実際に浴槽の付いていない部屋がある以上、サイトの記載情報を修正すべきである。 ２．今回リワードが２泊分貯まっていたため、金額を無駄にしないよう、１泊だけ２食付にしたのだが、夕食の際のウエイターが最悪だった。具体的には、妻がアンティパストとセコンドピアットの魚、私がプリモのパスタと肉を注文したのに対し、何をどう勘違いしたか、最初に妻が頼んだ２品を同時に持ってきたのである。さらに、その時点で「そうじゃないだろう。パスタをすぐ用意しろ。」と言ったにもかかわらず、ちゃんと対応せずに、妻が２品とも食べ終わってからパスタと肉を同時に持ってきたのである。この件についてはフロントスタッフとシェフに厳重に抗議し（その時には担当のウエイターはもういなかった）、翌日お詫びのしるしと思われるスプマンテが部屋に置いてあったが、それでは済まない位後味の悪い思いをさせられた。 その他にも、朝食が今回泊まった他のホテルと比べて非常に内容が乏しかった（モッツァレラもトマトも無いし、とても四つ星とは思えない）し、フロントが半地下のようになっていて到着時・出発時とも荷物の持ち運びが大変な点や、すぐそばの店が週末は夜遅くまで大音量で音楽をかけていて凄くうるさいなど、あまり快適な滞在ではなかった。 ただし、空港行きやトラパニ行きのバス乗り場がすぐ近くあり（ポリテアーマ劇場を挟んだ向う側）、中央駅へ行く101番のバスの乗り場も近くにあるので、ロケーションはとても良いかと思う。
