B&B Attico 33

Host was very responsive. He text directions and remain at your disposal till you check in. The place is amazing. The view was nice. Take a bus 101 from Centrale Station. Drop at 9-10 stops at Liberta - Quintino Sella and it’s 3 mins walk. Place was clean and they have shared area for drinks and refreshments. Of course as it’s a shared apartment you have to keep your volume down. For families, i suggest try getting all 4 rooms. They have 4 rooms total in the unit. But my room was perfect. One king bed and there is a comfortable sofa bed which is like a single bed size for us asian. Water in the shared kitchen was topped up promptly. I feel bad i keep drinking alot and they probably had to keep topping up but all is good. It’s clean. Sheets smells amazing. Toilet is dry and doesn’t smell ( you know some have that drainage smell). This apartment doesn’t. Good for all ages. There is a lift to go up, at the entrance there is a bit of stairs but there is the wheelchair ramp as well for those who need. Overall amazing place and importantly amazing host. Responsive and greet you with smiles. English speaking too! So perfecto. We arrived abit too early at 6am and host even offered to store our luggage in the shared breakfast area which you can freshen up but of course after breakfast service 10am. Otherwise there is a luggage storage area at the train station.

We had to book this last minute and it was truly wonderful to stay here. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was spectacularly clean, quiet, safe, spacious, air conditioned (!!), and had an amazing view. Would totally stay here again!!

Francesco was a very warming and kind host. He welcomed me at the door and explained kindly all details and everything about the room. Very cosy, highly cleaned and with all , waters in the fridge, air conditioning and so on. Also there was a view from the balcony looking on to Palermo. Thank you very much

The hotel was nice and clean but due to covid there was no breakfast. He said that this was clear but it wasn't to us. He also said room would not be cleaned unless we specifically asked. This was all due to covid. He knocked 5 euros off the price per person which was appreciated. The place was fine, good location - just realise there is no breakfast. We jokingly called it the 'Bed and Basta' or 'Bed and ...' as it was simply a place to stay the night and not much else. Another thing was we had asked about parking and he said there was a parking garage but when we arrived he said he didn't know if it would even be open. Just a lot of misinformation/miscommunication.

Prenotato chiamando direttamente il numero di telefono, risponde il proprietario, persona gentilissima e disponibilissima, la nave ha tardato l’arrivo quindi quando siamo arrivati lui non c’era Gi, ci ha seguito telefonicamente per prendere le chiavi ed entrare nella camera, per mandare i documenti d’identità è bastata una foto e via con un messaggio. Camera ordinata, ben tenuta, e bagno pulito e nuovo. C’è anche una stanza “comune” dove si può fare un ottimo caffè. Prezzo nella norma, telefonando ho avuto un prezzo più basso di quello di Booking. A più o meno 700/800 metri c’è il centro pieno di Palermo, essendo all’8 piano invece si riesce a riposare in totale serenità.

Primero hablaré de su pulcritud y ubicación, inmejorables. Luego un capítulo especial para sus dueños, Francesco y Rosella, por su amabilidad pero sobre todo porque sin su empatía y asistencia no o hubiéramos podido solucionar un serio inconveniente. Un día feriado, que ante la incomprensión idiomática no entendimos el horario de cierre del parking donde estaban todas nuestras pertenencias para nosotros devolver el auto en aeropuerto, pero lo más importante mi hija poder tomar su vuelo. Ellos fueron hasta el lugar y son conocer al dueño buscaron por el vecindario hasta dar con el, quien también amablemente vino a abrirnos. Estamos profundamente agradecidos por haber destinado parte de su tiempo libre a ayudar is de manera amable y enérgica. Gracias Francesco y Rosella, con Uds. Palermo nos mostró su mejor cara! Graciasss!

Ho soggiornato presso il "B&B Attico 33" e posso dire/scrivere con assoluta certezza non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore in relazione alla mia impegnativa giornata del 02 Maggio 2023 ed alle mie esigenze di riposo e tranquillità prima di alcuni importanti incontri di lavoro pomeridiani e serali. Ambiente accogliente, pulitissimo, nuovo e di design con sala colazione, munita di cialde di caffè, cornetti vuoti o farciti, tortine dolci ed acqua, a completa disposizione degli ospiti. Proprietario gentilissimo, cordiale e pronto a risolvere celermente ogni problematica e/o a soddisfare ogni tipologia di esigenza sorta durante il soggiorno. Posizione raggiungibilissima con bus cittadini o con una rilassante camminata dal poco distante centro storico di Palermo. Voto: 10 + !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grazie di cuore. ❤️

Ambienti semplici ma forniti di tutto, pulitissimi, posizione perfetta per esplorare il centro di Palermo. Inoltre uno Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, assolutamente consigliato! Pronta a tornarci presto!

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, la gentillesse, la propreté, la terrasse, le service, les tarifs aussi !!! Toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Femme de ménage quotidiennement Je recommande si vous recherchez à être proche de la gare.
