Wir verbrachten als Paar aus Deutschland 3 Nächte in diesem legendären Hotel in Bestlage, alle Highlights fussläufig erreichbar. Empfangen wurden wir freundlich und zuvorkommend mit rotem Teppich, die Direttore Frau Gisella Catanzaro begrüßte uns herzlich auf Deutsch und sehr aufmerksam. Einige Meinungen im Netz, dass die „Fassade bröckele“ können wir nicht bestätigen, wir waren rundum begeistert vom schmuckigen Ambiente und dem barocken Stil des Hotels, auch von der Sauberkeit und der Instandhaltung. In der holzvertäfelten Bar servierte uns Paolo einen Negroni, den wir nie vergessen werden. Auch am Frühstücksbuffet wurde Pandemie- korrekt sehr auf Abstand geachtet und hinter Glas jedem Gast einzeln die Auswahl auf Teller verteilt und mit einem Wägelchen an den Tisch gebracht. Für uns ist das Hotel Wagner die 1. Wahl, sollten wir wieder nach Palermo kommen. Leckere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, man kann in Fussdistanz den ganzen Stadtkern erkunden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, schönes Bad und alles sehr sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ebenso das Frühstücksbüffet, allerdings hätte ich mir noch etwas Fisch auf dem Buffet gewünscht.

This is a beautiful, charmingly appointed boutique hotel just at the entrance to the main gate in the old city. It is practically across the street from the Cappella Palatina and within easy walking distance of all of the old town sights and close to many restaurants near the famous quattro canti intersection. The breakfast on the roof is an unbelievable way to start your day! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. Smart TV has all the streaming possibilities you could want. But this place is most supremely recommended due to the amazingly helpful and incredibly efficient manager, Dante, who will make sure that everything you need is handled perfectly. Cannot rate this hotel higher.

This B&B is excellent. The building is from the 1800s but the interior has been updated into a comfortable modern place. They have gorgeous greenery on the patio. Best of both eras. The staff is attentive and treats you like family. The breakfast is amazing. They connected us with a local driver (Lavinia, she’s wonderful) who helped us get around for a few days, since public transportation is spotty and cabs can be problematic. I highly recommend this place.

Das Hotel ist auch gut gelegen dank der Anwesenheit der U-Bahn. Jedenfalls auch zu Fuß erreichen Sie das Polythema in maximal 20 Minuten. Sehr gut Reinigung. Eine Sünde für diejenigen, die es wünschen, ist das Fehlen eines gesalzen Frühstück.

Sono stata in questo hotel con degli amici ( eravamo un gruppo di 16 persone) ad agosto per due volte in giorni distanziati. La prima volta Ho avuto una tripla e devo dire che era spaziosa, pulita, frigo funzionate e ne eravamo abbastanza soddisfatte. La seconda volta che siamo tornati in questa struttura è stato un disastro: nello specifico ci hanno assegnato una tripla destinata in realtà alle persone con difficoltà motorie e per questo la doccia non aveva sotto il piatto doccia ( fondamentale per non far allegare il bagno durante il suo utilizzo) e non aveva nenanche l’inclinazione centrale fondamentale appunto per non bagnare il resto della stanza.. abbiamo dovuto chiedere dei tappeti da mettere intorno alla doccia ma questi ci sono stati negati, ripiegando con due asciugamani che abbiamo dovuto noi arrotolare intorno alla doccia ( neanche sono venuti loro a farlo), ed inoltre il giorno successivo neanche altri asciugamani ci sono stati dati. Il bagno era privo di illuminazione cosa che al contrario abbondava nella camera da letto durante la notte in quanto la stanza, situata al piano terra, affacciava sul cortile sempre illuminato e la tenda copriva a metà la finestra... Per finire il tutto il nostro frigo era pieno di ghiaccio quindi inutilizzabile... ovviamente alla reception sono stati fatti presenti la prima sera i problemi riscontrati in quella stanza ( che non poteva essere cambiata perché la struttura era al completo), ma che avrebbero rimediato la mattina successiva.. bè, il giorno dopo la tenda copriva sempre metà finestra e il frugo piano di ghiaccio... La colazione prevedeva le bevande dalla macchinetta, dolce e salato servito dai camerieri ma il tutto era sempre ripetitivo ( Buffon al cioccolato, crostata marmellata e cioccolato, torta di carote, dei biscotti , macedonia, prosciutto , uova e formaggio Senza infamia e danza lode, molto dolci ( alcuni eccessivi) e peccato non ci siano stati dolci tipici siciliani, sarebbero stati molto meglio.

這個酒店位於一片居民區裏面，如果不是導航根本不知道原來這裏還有個hotel，牌子小的可以忽略，我們一度以為我們走錯地方了 這個hotel是以復古，懷舊加藝術風格的，個人還是更傾向於現代化的酒店。 因為工作和行程原因，我們是過了零點才到的，是鄰居家小孩告訴我們打電話找人來接待的。服務員還是非常不錯的，很熱心
