It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

The place is ok, it’s a bit far from the city center. Out if 10 I can give 7

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

I am a frequent user of this Premier Inn, it is local to my work. Sadly it consistently lets you down. Positives are parking and access good, reasonably quiet spot in City. Negative bits WiFi is appalling, it dops out, no speed, invariably no access. Feedback from reception was 'it does it to me too I can't get on'. Rooms are lacking maintenance. My last room the shower curtain was held up by only 2 of the 4 screws, the shower head was stuck pointing at the wall. There was paint on chair, walls were marked, mould on tiles and grout, noisiest fan covered in dust. Reception staff ( not all) need to go on a customer service course, they do not care. On this occasion my meal allowance was not communicated to restaurant nextdoor so I had to pay, but will argue this later. Previous rooms have had leaks that I reported but not fixed during my stay, dirty rooms etc.

Conveniently situated near the Ring Road without much in the way of traffic noise once inside. Had a room on the ground floor but the room above had squeaky floorboards when the occupants moved about. Next to Beefeater restaurant which is handy for dinner & breakfast as well as their being a covered way between both buildings. Large car parks at no extra charge..

We arrived around 8pm. The guy who served us was amagin. Helpfull staff. Hotel car park was clea,plenty space. Room was spacious, spotless, nothing more to ask. Our nigth sleep was good for two nigth. Easy access to city centre by taxi and buss. Highly recommended

Dear Premier Inn I booked 45 rooms over two nights for a business meeting. Hotel was fine but your app is woeful, even your staff complain about it. When you search a booking it crashes and says something went wrong. And today I find out that without calling your customer service you do not automatically receive refunds for cancelled rooms, on your call waiting Sir Lenny says just sit back and wait for your refund. You take the money in one day and 15 days to return it? I will think again before I part with a few thousand pounds.
