We stayed here as 2 families with kids, the hotel is old but is well maintained and clean in, However we got a beetle in room which was not pleasing during the visit. We also took option of half board with breakfast and dinner but food options seemed limited Staff was very courteous and helpful - overall stay was good. The bathroom need to have ventilation and kettle in room will be much appreciate

It is a great hotel. We were two ladies clean very good decoration. Food is excellent. Safe for ladies Walking distance from airport We walked from airport. Also excellent location. It is a steep heel bare in mind Great healthy food Great for its price

I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel really needs one. Let's begin with the positives: the pool view. Regrettably, that's the only positive aspect. Now, onto the negatives. Where do I even start? The rooms feel like they're stuck in the 80s, the beds are as uncomfortable as sleeping on rocks, bugs infesting the room, and no refrigerator. For a pleasant stay in Ouarzazate, I highly recommend choosing a different hotel as there are numerous options available. Additionally, please note that this is a 4-floor hotel without an elevator. I had a wonderful experience at Kenzi Rissani in Errachidia, mistakenly assuming that the same chain would offer similar standards. Lesson learned. A humorous incident occurred when I reported the bugs at reception; they casually dismissed it, attributing the bugs to the garden. Interestingly, the room was on the 4th floor. As for the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor, it's practically non-existent.

This hotel is predominantly used by groups on tours, treks, etc, and as such has a high turn around and is at its busiest mornings and evenings, indeed we chose this hotel waiting for someone returning from one such event. Therefore during the day the hotel is quiet, but most hotels in the area are from what we saw. We really enjoyed our stay here because we liked the atmosphere and energy the groups injected, the staff were very helpful, as was the general manager, who advised us they plan to refurb next year and attract more long term guests. The rooms are clean, but will benefit from the intended refurb. We had a suite which was large and roomy, there are 4 in the hotel. The view from the outside is amazing and the sunsets from here too. We hired a car and this is a good base to visit the local attractions from as well as drive further on the well maintained roads to places such as Dades Gorges and Fint Oasis. The food is buffet style to cater for the groups, which is OK, there is plenty of it and its good value. There are some amazing restaurants locally if you prefer something more, such as La Kasha des Sables, and just down the road there is the Full Sun Restaurant, which was amazing value. All in all we would return this is a pleasant hotel, which is very very good value.

Stay was OK Biggest issue was with Wi-Fi

Don't hesitate to book at this hotel, you will like it for sure. The staff are very professional, the rooms are very clean & comfortable and the swimming pool is just amazing. This is the third time we stay at KENZI AZGHOR and we will be back again.

J'ai passé une agréable semaine dans Le cet hotel, le personnels est d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviables, surtout KAMAL c'est le directeur il était bien aimable avec nous il a un sens de l'humour, en gros c'était une bonne expérience au niveau d'hebergement les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres et bein confort et aussi les restaurants là bas ,je recommande vraiment ce hôtel

Une expérience très mauvaise à cette hôtel Le menu de ftour très nul mieux que ce misérable ftour et le shour pour nourrir les personnes malades de l’estomac je laisse la photo de shour pour vous juger La dernière fois à cette hôtel et je ne recommande personne à venir c’est de l’arnaque pure et simple pour une nuit en demi-pension

En groupe: chambre confortable bien que vieillotte , literie correct, salle de bain correcte , hygiene satisfaisante, joli cadre exterieur ..voila pour le positif Pour le negatif : aucun service , personnel peu sympa, petit dejeuner bof
