Excelente para passar 1 a 2 noites pertissimo do aeroporto. Fizeram gentilmente um early check in conseguimos aproveitar o restante do dia, mesmo com troca de hotel e muitas malas… nosso voo era de madrugada- check out rapido e conveniente…

Check in staff was friendly, parking was easy, rooms were comfortable and clean. Convenient location near the airport.

Accueil disponible et efficace malgré une heure d’arrivée tardive. Propreté de la chambre parfaite. Prestations un peu en dessous du niveau habituel d’un Novotel mais bon rapport qualité prix. Bornes de recharge Tesla à l’arrière de l’hotel.

Novotel ha il suo standard e si sa di aspettarsi sempre ottime cose. Sono stato piu volte al novotel di osmannoro ma in questa devo dire che il libello della colazione è scaduto tsntissimo. A livelli di un due stelle purtroppo e mi spiace perche una delle sicurezze della catena era proprio la colazione

Buona struttura. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Ottima la colazione. Comodità di parcheggio

The front desk manager was absolutely amazing, helpful and beyond kind. The staff throughout the hotel were beyond words. Collectively they made my experience a positive one.

Flight was late so arrived just before midnight. Staff went out of their way to assist us and make us comfortable.

It took quite a while before you we’re able to take the elevator. Breakfast was overcrowded. Rooms we’re nice and clean.

Das Willkommensgeschenk ist sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll. Es ist praktisch, ein Restaurant im Hotel zu haben, aber die Umgebung des Hotels ist relativ verlassen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr unpraktisch. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ alt, aber die Nutzung stellt kein Problem dar. Wenn Sie am Flughafen einen Flug nehmen möchten, empfehle ich dennoch, hier zu übernachten.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was in terrible conditions. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the carpet of the room right when you walked in the door. The walls had scuff marks on them. The air conditioning unit didn’t work until someone came up to manually reset the thermostat after multiple calls with the front desk trying different restart options. Nevertheless, helpful, kind staff who arranged a taxi for me to pick-me up for my early morning flight.
