Breakfast is very nice Rooms are very clean Only thing is toilet and bathroom is not separated in the room, since the rooms are stone when you take a bath room gets a bit humid

Просто потрясающий отель в центре с очень классным дизайном номеров. Мы жили в самом простом и в самом дорогом номере с бассейном. Оба классные, но с бассейном конечно шикарный. Очень приятная атмосфера в отеле, очень заботливый и дружелюбный персонал, во всем помогали. Покупали все экскурсии в отеле, выходили дешевле, что очень удивительно. Очень понравилось, что у каждого номера свой выход и небольшая терраса с разными интерьерами. Очень вкусные завтраки. Все очень стильно и эстетично, каждая ваза и кружка в номере просто произведение искусства. Очень рекомендую этот отель в Каппадокии ❤️

I stayed at Doda Artisanal for approximately one week. It is a beautiful place with impressive decor true to local heritage. The rooms are impressive and comfortable with some having in room pool facilities. There is generous sunlight and the views of the castle are great. But I believe what sets this place apart from everywhere else are the staff. They’re simply superb - kind, accommodating and extremely helpful - booking tourist attractions or simply day to day matters and ensuring fair prices. I’ll be certain to come back again.

We went an event at this place as a local tour guide and travel agency I brought all my costumers and friends. All employees and owners were quiet drunk and disrespected to us It was a threatening night to us even as a local guide to me and my group felt unsafe with this unprofessional aggressive people Btw the only nice person from Administration was an American guy who’s name was Donald. He was nice and professional. As a local guy who works in tourism i would never recommend this place to my clients and costumers for safety reasons

This place has amazing views. The hotel staff are very courteas and they ensure that everything you need is arranged for. The rooms are good.. cozy and once in a life time experience to stay.. nice breakfast.. Having visited more than 20 countries.. this place would always remain in top 5 best placeni visited ever..

The hotel was not built on the cave, its “cave looking” hotel. The atmosphere was rustic and charming, the view from the terrace was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the internet was fast. The breakfast was amazing, freshly made for us each day and their cats were super cute! In terms of our room: the bed was big and comfy; the room was warm with a good heating system. It was charmingly designed with a cave-hole-sofa area and a shower area that looked like they had been carved out of the wall. But it wasn’t always practical - for instance it is an open-plan design so the toilet is part of the main living area with no door to separate it. One of us had to go out the room when we needed a toilet. Luckily there was a communal toilet in the communal area but it was cold! Downsides: 1. The village of Ortahisar is quite remote and a little limited for restaurants 2. Like many buildings in the area the hotel have a fire and chimney. Although the chimney was high and in the courtyard area, some of the smoke smelled toxic and we didn’t feel comfortable. 3. The drain in the shower seemed to be blocked and took ages to empty, the shower water wasn’t always super hot, one of the shower fixings was broken. It was a lovely hotel but the open plan bathroom made my stay difficult.

His presence significantly enhanced the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Seda was instrumental in organizing our tours and excursions. Her spot-on recommendations and seamless arrangements allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culture and landscapes, adding a magical dimension to our journey. The hospitality of Doda Cave Hotel truly sets it apart. Our connection with Don and Seda was the highlight of our trip, their personal touches and meticulous care for each guest shining through in every aspect. In addition to Don and Seda, the hotel's manager deserves special recognition. He ensured everything ran smoothly, demonstrating exceptional care and attention to detail. Their efforts made us feel completely at ease and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel's amenities, especially the breakfast, were outstanding in both variety and quality, a testament to their commitment to excellence. In summary, Doda Cave Hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a destination in its own right. We give it a well-deserved 10 out of 10. Leaving was hard, but we departed with beautiful memories and the hope of returning to this splendid haven. We highly recommend it for those seeking an extraordinary, well-rounded experience.

Had a fantastic stay here with a friend in two rooms with pools. Both were super unique and enjoyable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I had in two months in Turkey! and best of all, Barney the adorable cat was the star of the show. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind stay, Doda can't be beat!
