Hotel sold my room to another patron at 2:30 AM on my second night while I was asleep in the room. This second patron tried to get in and got frustrated someone was in his room. The issue came as my first two rooms weren't cleaned by housekeeping, so they smelled of cigarettes and had beer bottles everywhere. I got moved twice before finally getting a "clean" room.
Overheard a conversation outside my room between people staying there, with the female saying she was a "working girl" and had been staying there for a few weeks.

Front desk agent friendly and professional! There were loud people in middle of the might in hall ways. Definitely would be scared to even walk and get ice. Left the property within a few hours due to what appear homeless people walking in the property.

It listed as a 3 star hotel but its really a 1 star motel. DIRTY WITH ROACHES. The only thing that was clean was the sheets. No amenties, the microwave was broken, no fridge, TV remote was broken had to hold the batteries in place. They make you pay in advance because they know you will run out the door once you've seen the place.

Need blankets on bed not throws. Repair the place in general painting, patch holes on wall more hangers 2 isn’t enough. Usually 6 hangers in room.
Floors were dirty and not mopped…

The property was not a friendly property. The room was filthy and was destroyed. I left earlier than what im supposed to leave because i did not feel safe nor clean. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel in a poor neighborhood, when you’re warned by your cab driver not to leave your room and be careful you know it’s bad. When the front desk person walks you to your room. You wonder, why you’re staying. Drapes filthy, no blanket, desk chair coming apart, dead lock safety non existent.
