Stayable Orlando at Florida Mall

Rented it for two weeks and only stayed two days , I had a family emergency .They refused to give me to refund my all the other days I didn’t stay . Do not rent from them , they never never answer the front fest . The place is trashed like it’s a homeless location . Very dirty my son had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe off things and was afraid to sleep on the bed because of bed bugs . It’s not with the money . I had to rent another day for them to allow me to get my things out even though I had not sleepless there for a week and a half. Very very Rude people . Nothing like the pictures at all . The picture look decent compared to the way it really looks like .

The worst service ever ….. no communication and everytime I went to office it was locked and was not open …it said it open at 9 but nobody was there til 11

This place was exactly what the name is “stayable”. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Affordable. The room could have been cleaner. There was hair hanging on the shelf in the bathroom, a fork in the sink, something on the floor by the nightstand that looked like melted candy. We were there for 6 days and they only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. When trying to get more towels, toilet paper, and a plunger (toilet was not flushing) there was no one up front and it was within their open hours to have staff there. Overall it was okay.

This hotel smell very bad please don’t go stay to this hotel is not safe I got bad experience with this hotel

The room smelled, there were both dead and live roaches in the room. I want my money refunded.

Stayed here for This year's e d c festival in oct.. AND I WOULD STAY AGAIN first the good 1. You're not gonna find three nights for 220$ ANYWHERE ELSE especically if you last minute booked like we did 2. Despite all the other reviews. I didn't find any roaches in my room. It even smelled freshly mopped with bleach... 3. If you feel like saving quite a bit of money on ubers, the two bus stops outside of the property will take you to either downtown orlando or the airport... 2 DOLLARS TO GET TO THE AIRPORT! the bad 1. They charge you ten dollars if you want new towels 2. No phones ( not that big a deal) 3. No computers in lobby if you need to print something out. Overall I would book in advance and stay at a marriot or something if you're used to newer nicer hotels But for last minute of availability and price you get what you pay for and I was satisfied with my stay

The first 24 hours we didn’t have AC and we are in Florida, it was about 85 degrees outside and inside. They didn’t send anyone to fix the AC until I asked how I would be compensated for the uncomfortable stay. We only booked two days so half the stay was uncomfortable. There were dead roaches on the floor that they could’ve swept up before we checked in. I wanted to be moved to another room or a refund To leave and go to another hotel. They ignored the requests. I won’t be staying here again. Good luck to everyone else tho, they may have a better experience.

The service was poor, the facilities are dirty and the room are not in condition. The room has cockroaches, spiderweb, sheets were dirty and stained.
