Vom Hotel an sich kann man für diesen Preis nicht viel erwarten: Handtücher sind zerschlissen, der Teppichboden und Wände schmutzig usw. Das Zimmer stinkt. Abgesehen davon bin ich heute auf eine Mitarbeiterin am Empfang gestoßen, die an Unfreundlichkeit und Unhöflichkeit kaum zu übertreffen war. Als ich dann endlich auf meinem Zimmer war, flüchtete div. Silberfischchen, als ich im Bad das Licht anschaltete. Zum Glück bin ich nur eine Nacht hier!

The price does not meet the conditions. Most rooms face the busy highway. Windows and walls are not soundproofed. How it was possible to install such windows in this location is a mystery to me?🤔 I've had much better sleep in some hostels than in this hotel. Room 202

This was a budget stopover so I only expected the minimum. The welcome was excellent, so friendly and helpful. Lobby area clean and warm. This hotel is next to the U Bahn station. The room was clean and fresh. Yes it was compact. But for the rate very good. Only downside was the washbasin plug was dirty and the water didn't drain well. A minor issue.

The initial room we were assigned had hair in the bed. In the second room, the toilet was not properly cleaned. By the time I noticed the issue with the toilet, my baby was already asleep, making it impossible to switch rooms. Moreover, due to my child sleeping, I couldn't allow any staff to come in and check the toilet. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was also out of order, and the window faced a heavily trafficked street. During check-out, I attempted to advantage of my "Goodnight Guarantee" but had to engage in a lengthy discussion with the receptionist, who regrettably displayed extreme unfriendliness and lacked understanding regarding our inability to grant access the previous night due to my sleeping child. After approximately 15 minutes of debate, another staff member intervened and assured us of a refund. However, it has now been two weeks, and we are yet to receive the reimbursement. As for breakfast, I'd suggest skipping it – let's just say the Tetra Pak eggs weren't appetizing.

Ottimo hotel appartenente all'omonima catena, che consente di effettuare il check in anche a tarda sera. La struttura è situata in periferia, ma la stazione antistante permette di raggiungere il centro città utilizzando i mezzi pubblici in alternativa all'auto. La nostra stanza, di dimensioni minimali, era comunque molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort (compreso bollitore con the e caffè) oltre che ben arredata. Ho apprezzato molto il bagno separato tra WC e lavello/doccia. Di fronte alla struttura è presente un piccolo centro direzionale con bar/panetteria e ristoranti, utili per la colazione (ad un costo inferiore rispetto a quello dell'hotel) e per la cena. Inaccettabile il costo di 8 EUR/giorno per il parcheggio privato (anche solo per la notte!), visto che nelle strade limitrofe è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. Magari, se vi accontentaste di una cifra simbolica, i clienti sarebbero più invogliati ad utilizzarlo.

I stayed at other Premiere Inns previously and on this trip. They are typically fine for budget minded traveling. Unfortunately, this one was the worst. The primary issue was that I specifically booked hotels based on having air conditioning, which the website states they have. We checked in on a very hot day with temperatures over 31 C (90 F).. We went to our room and could not get the AC to blow cold air. We went to the desk to ask for instruction, and the staff member told us the AC was not working. Mind you, NOTHING was mentioned when we checked in. The solution was offering us a bottle of water and a top sheet. That was the ONLY recompense. The window swings completely open over the bed so you need to be aware to not smash yourself against the sharp heavy window corners when awakening and it had no screens to prevent animals from entering. The hotel sits on a major travel route with police and traffic noise all night. It is also a tall building that is in direct sunlight the entire day. The AC was not fixed for the two nights we were there. What is worse is that previous reviews mentioned broken air conditioning the previous summer, which makes one suspicious as to whether it ever functions! Additionally, there is an extremely odd bathroom setup with the toilet in a small closet (smaller than a typical public stall) in the entry area of the room, while the sink and shower are in an offset in the room itself. If you are claustrophobic, I can't imagine being able to use the toilet. Also the only way to leave the toilet area is to touch the door knob without washing your hands. There is a bus stop out front and we found adequate parking in June.. However, when accessing the parking lot, one needs to stop on the sidewalk to get a ticket and there often are pedestrians in the way due to the bus stop. Having said that, the room was clean and the price was very low. However, I could not get more than a few hours of fitful sleep, so I would not stay here again. A truly miserable stay!

Parking is appalling, it only has 30 spaces apparently so suggest you parka block away in the dodgiest parking I've ever seen. Did not stay. Staff would not answer parking request, or call button, or phone. Unsafe for women and lone travellers as area behind is dark and not an easily accessible reception through closed road.

住了好多次了，很安靜

Nach unserem Urlaub gab es keinen Zug mehr nach Hause.Wir hatten das Premier Inn gebucht und waren super zufrieden. Die Betten super bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich,wir kamen erst um1.30Uhr an und mussten erst um 12 Uhr am nächsten Tag auschecken. Können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Gut organisierte Reception, sehr übersichtlich und sauber, leckeres Frühstück. EINWANDFREI Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage Das Hotel ist neu und modern. Die Zimmer haben gute Matratzen. Wir haben Nürnberg genossen und konnten Gepäck schon vorher abgeben. Gerne wieder!

Unfähiges Personal (fast keiner versteht Deutsch), Klima-Anlage über Wochen kaputt, vieles wird einfach nicht repariert. Zudem äusserst laute Zimmer. Mein schlimmster Hotel Aufenthalt seit Jahren! Nie wieder. Lieber das doppelte Zahlen und das bekommen was man bezahlt!

Ich war am Wochenende mit meiner Freundin für eine Nacht da, das Personal suuuuper freundlich, die Zimmer top gepflegt und sauber, das Bad alles was man braucht vorhanden, Kaffee, Teebeutel und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer 🤷‍♀️das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Preisleistungsverhältnis super 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ich war mit meinen auch schon oft übers Wochenende mal da. Ich bin jederzeit wieder begeistert weil auch die Innenstadt/Fußgängerzone zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen ist. Ach und nicht zu vergessen die Hotelbar 🥂🍷🍺🍹hat die ganze Nacht geöffnet mir sehr netten Angestellten.

Das Hotel hat ein prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern ausgestattet. Zimmer Richtung Parkplatz sind leise. Das Bad hat eine geräumige Dusch. Auf wenige Raum alles vorhanden. Wir waren eine Nacht hier, kommen aber gern wieder.
