Really good, nice staff, a bit far from the city but very quiet and good for sleep. It's also nice to jog/walk around the lake.

The rooms here are basic and the only heating is a wall mounted convection heater, so my room felt cold to start with.
But, what more do you want from a place if the sole purpose it to have somewhere to sleep for the night?
I slept like a log, so the bed can't have been too bad :)
What really makes this place is the shower. I had a wet room and the shower was "to die for". Ample, instant, hot water and a very good pressure.
Kettle, tea bags,instant coffee, sugar and small cartons of milk are provided.

Everything wasn’t too bad. It was good, but except the fan in the bathroom was making too much noise could not turn it off.

An overnight when travelling from Newcastle to Dorset.
A clean tidy room at a bargain price. Very warm and cosy.
As a “Silver surfer” the WiFi was disappointing. A booster is needed so that you can do catch-up on an iPad .
I would stay there again.

Strange to return to the place where I learned to windsurf when I was at university xx years ago...
Great for my purposes as a place to crash before work in the city next day. Had all I needed - ample parking, bed, loo, shower (very powerful) and kettle. Bonus of a 24hr reception so no need to worry if delayed in traffic. And all at very modest price.
Beats a Travelodge hands down. When I'm next in Nottingham I'll be back.

The location was ideal to get to from work and the gym facilities were excellent. The only negative is that there is no restaurant and you need to drive somewhere else.

Room was small but it had tv, bathroom and tea coffee facilities. Your have towels supplied and the bathroom had hair and body wash on the wall with a bar of soap. The room has an electric heater

The room was tiny and FREEZING with condensation running down the window. I slept with my coat on and was still cold, the heater, although working, was useless.

Reasonable price 24 hour security secure parking
The person in the room next to me came in at 3.25am and stitched on his t.v which woke me up I knocked on his door and spoke to him but he was an ignoramus so although he turned it down a bit I could still hear it spoke to the receptionist straight away he went up but listened at the door and deemed the noise ok so didn't speak to the ignoramus I spoke to a different receptionist the following evening who apologised for the noise and that I was woken up but said there was not a written policy in place to cover this sort of thing but she would speak to the duty manager who would speak to the ignoramus.That night same time around 3.25 am the ignoramus came in and put his t.v on this time not so loud this time I did nothing and eventually got to sleep,dont know if he was ever spoken to by staff the walls separating the rooms are quite thin and the tv is positioned on the wall
This was the 3rd time I have stayed at the venue and it was the first time there has been any problem perhaps there should be some signs in the corridors stating no noise between certain hours so normal people can sleep like normal people would like to
