Ideale Lage für mich, in die Stadt zu gehen zum Einkaufen und zum Essen. Personal war von der Rezeption bis zum Hauspflege ausgezeichnet. Zimmerservice Gerichte waren auch gut Es war ein wenig enttäuscht, da das Bad nötig war, um zu ersetzen. Die Oberfläche hatte abgehauen und während es ok war für die Dusche, würden Sie nicht wollen, in sie zu schütteln.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich schön! Ich bin schon oft geblieben! Die Umgebung ist gut, das Einkaufen ist sehr bequem, die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind komplett und die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut! Die sanitären Bedingungen sind auch sehr gut! Es ist ein sehr guter Ort zum übernachten! Besonders das Frühstück ist das beste und nahrhafteste Frühstück, das ich in Großbritannien hatte! Gefällt mir!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig, nur sechs oder sieben Minuten vom Zentrum von Nottingham entfernt. Direkt gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein großer asiatischer Supermarkt. Der Stadtbahnhof befindet sich neben dem Hotel. Man kann sagen, dass er sehr praktisch für Reisen ist.

Non è il modo più semplice per individuare dove si trova (sembra una casa di strada) e devi prenotare in anticipo ed essere lasciato entrare da un membro dello staff, una volta che hai superato il solito pre-ordine di check-in e ti è stata mostrata la stanza, Ho 0 reclami. La dimensione della camera era buona, il letto era eccellente e il bagno era pulito. Sono stato abbastanza contento del mio soggiorno e riesco facilmente a vedermi di nuovo lì la prossima volta. Il mio soggiorno è stato una notte, quindi non posso commentare per le vacanze. Ma come una gita di un giorno, praticamente perfetto per quello che volevo.

Schönes Hotel. Großes Buffet Frühstück. Schönes freundliches Personal auf dem Desk. Exekutiv-Königzimmer war schön und gereinigt und jeden Tag voll. Freut mich dort wieder zu verbringen. Ein Problem war Parkplatz, da Hotelwagenpark nicht verfügbar war, aber ein NCP-Park ist am Türsteig zu einem ermäßigten Preis zu verwenden, aber noch sehr teuer für 3 Tage. Ich würde mich noch nicht davon abhalten, dort wieder zu bleiben.

Ich kam zu der Crown Plaza in Nottingham für eine Konferenz Anfang Juni. Das Hotel selbst war schön, modern und komfortabel. Mein Zimmer war nicht ausreichend gereinigt, da es in meiner Dusche Haare bei der Ankunft gab, unvollständige Hygieneprodukte im Badezimmer und das Toilette unrein. Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber gut für das Schlafen in. Mein Fernsehen funktionierte nicht, aber als es eine Nacht war, war das nicht ein Problem. Das Frühstück und das Mittagessen waren großartig, das formelle Abendessen war aber schrecklich und arme, nicht wert zu bezahlen. Die Server waren in der Allergen-Schulung unversehrt, und die Allergen- und Ernährungsbedarf Lebensmitteloptionen waren schrecklich schlecht. Der Manager in der dienstlichen Aufgabe war jedoch entschuldigungsgemäß und wunderbar. Das beste was über dieses Hotel war das Personal (entschuldigen F&B-Teams schlechte Allergen-Schulungen und Lebensmitteloptionen). Besonders Abigail, Malakai und Zak auf der Bar, die so warm, freundlich und untergebracht waren. Wunderbarer Service im ganzen Team und ein Kredit. Vielen Dank, drei.

Booked a twin room (with two single beds, as shown on the website). On arrival, we were given a key card and sent it to our room. Unfortunately, when we entered, we saw it was a double bed with a settee, so we traipsed back down, only to find noone on reception. We buzzed for staff ON TWO SEPARATE BUZZERS for over 5 minutes and waited and waited! In the end, we went into the restaurant linked to the hotel and asked how we could actually locate a member of staff. The lady was very friendly, and after buzzing and phoning colleagues, who didn't answer, and looking on security cameras to try and find someone, she went upstairs into the hotel on a mission to find someone herself. To cut a long story short, two members of staff were eventually found! We were told that the hotel does not even have rooms with two single beds. On hearing this, we showed the website picture, only to get the response of, 'Well, we can make you the bad settee up, if you want'. I certainly wasn't paying nearly £80 for a bed settee for my 6'1 son and myself, so I asked for my money back as I was NOT getting the service I had asked for. The receptionist said she couldn't do that and that there was no manager she could speak to to authorise it until the morning. No manager to contact, even if there was a real emergency? What??? We did get a refund in the end (should be in my bank account in 5 days!!!🤷‍♀️) and ended up booking a hotel, for the same price, around the corner, which had much nicer rooms and better service! I've always loved staying in Premier Inns, but his is the second time I've had a problem in the past year, and there being noone to contact. Last time, I was told email Whitbread the next day, only to find that they didn't really care, so I wasn't going to let this happen again!

Das Hotel ist sehr bequem für das Stadtzentrum, direkt neben der Lace Market-Bahnstation. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Fünf Gehminuten zum Old Market Square. Am Rande von Hockley mit Laden von Restaurants und Bars innerhalb von zwei Gehminuten. Parkplatz im Lace Market Park im Gegenteil. Rabattpreis betrug £10 für 16:00 bis 10:30 am nächsten Morgen. Guter Preis, vor allem angesichts seiner Lage.

Excellent stay all round at this hotel Room nice, comfy bed, nice staff. Good quality toiletries in the room and a good central location. Only comment negative I would make was the car park was quite small and as a result I left my car there and got a taxi to go out for dinner instead of losing my space. Would stay again

Ja, ich hatte einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt im Hilton, obwohl das ursprüngliche Doppelzimmer, das ich zugewiesen hatte, war klein, so dass wir endlich für einen König Deluxe, der schön war, zu zahlen. Genießt meinen Aufenthalt und ich hoffe, hier in Zukunft wieder zu buchen. Rein, freundliches Personal und perfekt gelegen!!
