Good budget hotel. Clean but bathroom was a little bit run down. Would have liked a couple of bottles of complimentary water. Otherwise, a great location, staff are friendly. Did try the breakfast as lots of other good options near by.

Overnight stay seesighting trip to Nottingham. Central location next to railway station. Lovely room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We were very impressed with the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. The facilities are excellent. The room was as expected, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Although a little bit away from the city centre, it's very close to the train station and trams

Our room in the Leonardo in Nottingham frankly looked like it had been the scene of a crime. There were grotesque odd coloured stains on just about every surface together with mystery stains on the towels.

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Also, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. However, the Nottingham city itself is ****. We paid the tram fare buy still got the penalty and the appeal got rejected. The tram officers are rude and they do not listen to what you say. It is strongly advised not to live and stay in Nottingham, unless you have plenty of money to be fined.

Handy for the train station. Walkable to city centre. Close to some interesting places

The lift is quite old, but it generally good enough for staying 2 nights, the space is also pretty big for 2 persons.

This hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, which makes it pretty central regardless of where in Nottingham you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I dislike the insistent emails on the lead in to my visit trying to get you to check in online. Good job I didn't, as I arrived early unexpectedly and was still able to get a room straightaway, whereas I would have had a couple of hours to wait if I'd done the online check in. This is a decent chain of hotels, I've had good experiences in the past and this visit was also fine. Only real complaint was the absence of biscuits with the tea and coffee set up in the room - surely a basic human right.

Great stay, room big and clean with everything we needed, good location. Only downside was getting emails to say I could check on online but when I went to do it, it’s said I owed money for the room. This made me nervous to go to the hotel as I thought they were going to try and charge me but check in was simple at reception and they could see I had paid. When I came to check out day, again I got an email saying I could check out online and just drop my keys in the box by the door but when I followed the link it said I couldn’t check out because I hadn’t paid my bill! So had to go to reception again to check out. No point having this online services sent to you when you can’t use them. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but did have a drink in the lovely bar. Would stay again (but won’t bother wasting time with the check in emails.

The room was never cleaned despite my putting out the sign on the door as requested. So for 3 nights nobody came to empty the bins, change towels and I had to ask a passing staff member for toilet paper and hand her my rubbish. The curtains didn’t close properly. Nor did the shower door. It was very noisy from 6 am on with staff banging doors.

Stayed with a group of friends to watch the cricket, perfect location and good breakfast.

This hotel was amazing the facilities the staff the environment i definitely recommend going here and I would definitely come back again 10/10🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Room on the 10th floor offered great city views, however was a little noisy - could ear other guests and house keepers in the corridor, there was also some traffic noise. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom should be modernised to offer better shower experience and provide more counter space but was clean. Great location to access the train station and city.
