AVOID IF YOU CAN!! Manager/owner was outstandingly rude and downright mean. He likes to take out his issues with people telling him to go back to India on anyone with a paler complexion than him. I never said or did anything that could even remotely be considered anything about race, sovereignty or anything outside to scope of doing business with the man. It came out of left field when he complained to me about some people telling him to go back to his country as he's berating me for trying to rent the nasty smelly room I was in for another day because I got temporary stranded there. He stuck me in a smoking room after I had already made the reservations and it smelled so bad I literally almost vomited but I didn't complain and was treated terribly when I needed the room or ant room for another few hrs. To get things sorted out. It was the dumpiest place I have EVER stayed and treated the WORST out of any customer service experience I have ever had. If he treats people this poorly it's no wonder people are telling him to go back to his country.

No breakfast. Toilet broken. Dirty shower curtain. Hallways a disaster. Room clean, beds and pillows nice, but no table, one chair, no hangers or even a rod to hang them on. Manager or whoever did the check in rude, not friendly at all. I will never come back, as there are many other choices at this price.

The room was neat, clean & tidy. The hotel is far enough off the interstate that you don’t hear the traffic.

They are doing a remodel but our room was done and really nice. The front desk clerk was friendly and helped us find a place to eat. we will stay here again.

I got the room for my granddaightrr and her new huspand... the room was so bad that they left and slept in their car.... i would like a refund. Please contact me

Didn’t communicate that we don’t have water, not communication about anything . How to contact them, not towels replaced, hall way dirty, restroom with damage. Didn’t mention breakfast,

Heat and A/C didn’t work, got charged for an extra day when i left at checkout

Not recommended for anyone except low budget travelers. This is an old motel in a dismal part of North Sioux City. Holes in the carpet, wallpaper peeling, various things broken and unfixed. Every room smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff is friendly and competent and it's not unsafe so OK for those on tight budgets.
