Hampton Inn Kernersville

Not bad for a one night stay for a local wedding.King room was spacious and bed was comfortable,it was the usual Hampton breakfast with a friendly and helpful attendant.A/C was extremely noisy plus it had a rattle,could be an issue but we were tired.TV was small for the room size.

Very clean hotel. Easy access to food , shopping and services. Absolutely excellent staff and service. They went above and beyond expectations. Others from our group switched to our hotel after seeing how great the staff was.Our group will stay there every time we’re in town.

Great location, staff at check in were funny, efficient, very nice. Rooms were bright, clean, bed very comfortable, easy remote to work on the TV. Shower was okay, all hotels in my mind need more volume and I am not a fan of the soap/shampoo in containrs in the showers.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good, with eggs, sausage and homefries cooked nicely. The lady in the breakfast room kept everything clean and full, she was a pleasure.

The staff were pleasant and engaging. The overall property was clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone traveling in or through North Carolina. The exercise room was spacious and had plenty of equipment.

Staff checking-in helpful and pleasant. Room appeared clean. Bed a little too soft and pillows flat. Noise level was average. Breakfast was the usual fare. Hilton app not working. We were unable to check-in on line and pick room.

Room was not clean. After requested to be cleaned my room still was not cleaned . I had a guest service agent come to my room. She took videos and pictures, and was A-polled at how dirty the room was as far as the dust. . I was assured it would be clean the next morning . Once I returned from work, I came back to find out that the room was not cleaned on the third day. I made the hotel management aware of the situation. I was assured that it would be taken care of. They kept apologizing. I was told I left I hang tag do not disturb on my door and that’s was not the case . Pull the video ! Why would I do that I wanted my room cleaned ? The 3 days I stayed my room was not clean . GM assured me he would take care of this for my next stay . He also assured me he would Clean my room himself for my next stay . So I booked another stay I checked in today march 6. Room was not clean again :( Heavy dust on the pictures, bathroom vent is covered with dust, some kind of spill on the wall in the bathroom . I took pictures to prove and to validate this is not the Hilton Standard . I just came from the Hilton property in Tennessee where I stayed 62 days for my job, and I did not experience this at all ! My room was amazing it was clean ! All I am asking for is a clean room. That’s it nothing else . I was also told that maybe we can’t meet my standards ?? if you think that having dust on the pictures, the bathroom vent above the toilet, and a spell on the wall in the bathroom is too much to ask to be cleaned. Then I would love for the president of Hilton to call me and tell me that !

This is a great location me as I am in the area quite often; but it seems like service slips a bit more each time. Everyone who works there is very friendly. It seems as though they do not have enough help. Of course, you have to ask any kind of room freshening. And you spend a lot of time “waiting” for every thing. Breakfast, front desk, etc. Just simply short staffed.

Had to change, rooms at 3 am because the ceiling had a big bubble that developed over my 6 year olds bed from the rain which burst and had water all over the bed and floor. Thank goodness I moved him first. They cleaned the carpets but fail to inform us that they were coming and needed to leave the room. There were kids running up and down the hall making lots of noise & knocking on the door. Was not offered any kind of discount, a breath mint, chocolate, or anything.
