We booked a night as a stopover to a week in St ives but didn't want to leave! What a great location and we were kindly upgraded to a sea view room by Jay who could not have been more welcoming and friendly, he is an asset to your company. The room was spotless with a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious and there was such a great choice. We are already planning our return. Thank you

We stayed at Newquay at Barrowfield our room was lovely and clean beds comfy but we had shower and thought it was not very warm but not particularly worried because we had been extremely warm on coach Saturday morning got up to have shower it was freezing cold reported it to be told boiler had gone of in the night in the evening after a lovely day we tried to have another shower again it didn't work again we reported it told tg e y couldn't do anything about it and we would just have t o manage with a wash the same thing happened Sunday we eventually got it fixed on Monday as we were lucky with the weather it was not exactly comfortable not to be able to have proper wash and every time I asked if we could just use a another room to have a shower was told there wasn't one available some of staff were really apologetic but I do feel t o leave a client three days without adequate washing facilities a bit much however I will point out when it was fixed it was lovely

This is a premium boutique hotel in a central location, close to town, beach,train station and approx 15mins from the airport. The hotel is fresh and clean but the most appealing part of the stay for us was the staff and the food. From the moment we arrived (Susannah at reception) everyone we met was so pleasant, friendly and keen to ensure our comfort at all times. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant- both were superb - catering etc is to a very high standard with attention to detail. Overall, an excellent place to stay and to eat.

We stayed in Newquay last week and visited the Godolphin on a number of occasions for food and drink. The bar staff and locals were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was tasty and along with the drinks, good value for money. When we asked for a Sri Lankan curry that had been on the specials board the night before and had smelt really good, “Badger” the chef happened to overhear us and went and made it especially for us even though it was his night off. It certainly didn’t disappoint and was one of the best curries I’ve ever had, far better than many of the Indian restaurants I’ve eaten in. Can’t speak for the accommodation as we didn’t stay there, but a good place to eat and drink.

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Aufenthalt für 3 Nächte. Wir sind eine Familie von 3, zwei Erwachsenen und ein Kind. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, da ich auf Rollstuhl abhängig bin. Mein einziger wahrer negativer ist, dass das Badezimmer nicht zugänglich war und die Dusche war Schritt in. Es hatte einen Eisenbahn- und Duschesitz, wenn Sie in der Lage sind, zu kommen. Das Zimmer war groß mit einem Sofabett für meine Tochter. Es hatte einen großen Wand-TV mit einem schwingenden Armband, so dass wir ohne Störung unserer Tochter sehen konnten. Das Zimmer hatte Tee und Kaffee. Ja das Gebäude ist alt und datiert, aber es ist sauber und die Zimmer sind groß. Das Personal war schön und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool war schön, es gibt kein Hosen, aber das Zimmer kann über eine Rücktür zugegriffen werden, obwohl es eine große Lippe an die Tür. Das Jacuzzi- und Dampfzimmer waren nicht arbeiten, es war auch nicht der Aufzug, aber der Pool war warm mit vielen Betten um ihn. Frühstück war schön, gute Auswahl. Das Hotel selbst ist in einer wirklich guten Lage, wenn Sie in die Stadt oder Kopf zum Strand gehen wollen. Ich würde hier sicher wieder bleiben.
