服務升級了很多，這次來英國住了5個晚上在這裏，喜歡紐卡斯爾。勝過其他旅遊城市。非常喜歡前台的服務，餐廳的煎蛋的大媽也很熱情。感謝

床太軟，陷下去了變形的床墊、又硬又高的枕頭。每天睡得腰痛頸椎痛。餐廳的女服務員態度很差尤其是一個最高最肥的那個，我們已在門口給登記了房號，她又跑來很無禮的詢問我們房間號，告訴她好幾遍也一直問。態度傲慢眼神敵意，很差勁。
前台的服務還不錯
早餐很一般沒什麼特別的選擇也少
而且每次一過了可取消時間就降價，真差勁！提前定就很貴 ！

We had a very lovely stay, the room was really clean and the location was very ideal. We didn’t look to order any food or drink but the services that were provided were of good standard and would definitely come back.

糟糕的體驗。圖片入住時發現的床品的衞生質量，充滿不明污漬。更糟糕的是當向前台反應情況時，一位叫Julie的前台表現得相當無理，態度極其惡劣，大聲斥責我們衞生並非她負責，今晚不會為任何人更換房間。此人表現得粗魯至極，根本不是想要解決問題的態度。好在最後與其他工作人員的協商下更換了房間，而來自樓上和走廊的噪音依然充滿了整個夜晚。Julie的態度是我在世界各地遇到酒店服務人員中見過最差的。我絕對不會與任何人推薦這家酒店。

No air conditioning so had to keep the wind open but then couldn’t sleep for all the noise from the traffic outside. The bed sheets were marked and the bathroom was damp and had rusty hand rails and fittings the shower bed didn’t work correctly and the shower curtains didn’t fit so by the time you got out the room was flooded to the point the water was out the bathroom door and into the bedroom making the carpet wet would not recommend totally spoiled my partners birthday
