Das Zimmer ist eine Suite in einem Zimmer und einem Salon. Obwohl die Suite nicht sehr groß ist, sollte die Einrichtung vollständig sein. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass das Sofa eingebaute Rabattbett ist und das Schlafzimmer hat Türen, so dass 3 ～4 bleiben und nicht stören kann; das Hotel enthält Frühstück; Die Tür ist eine Runde, die zu Manhattan City Center ist sehr bequem.

Hatte eine brillante Erfahrung hier. Für einen solchen erschwinglichen Aufenthalt war die Qualität ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war schön, sauber und gemütlich und die angebotenen Dienstleistungen waren großartig - Küche, Lounge, Computer-/Bibliothek-Raum und Waschraum. Sie haben auch Aktivitäten wie Filmnachten, die so ein großartiger Bonus ist. Das Personal war extrem freundlich - vor allem Yari -, der meinem Freund und mir bei der Vermissung unseres Busses geholfen hat. Wir fühlten uns wirklich umgekommen. Die Lage ist auch groß und gut mit einer U-Bahnstation nur wenige Minuten entfernt verbunden und es fühlte sich sicher zu Hause zu Nacht zu Fuß. Ich konnte nicht glauben, dass wir diesen Ort gefunden und dass es so gut war, wie es scheint, vor allem für NYC! Ich empfehle Ihnen sehr, hier zu bleiben. I have lived in NYC 20 years, and occasionally, we like to play tourist in our own city. My husband and I decided to stay a night at the Moxy LES in celebration of my 40th birthday. I even talked another couple who were celebrating with us into getting a room too. I chose this location as I saw the beautiful roof bar advertised and thought it’d be fun to start our night with a cocktail on the roof with a few friends before setting out to my main celebration elsewhere. Having stayed at several other similar hotels in town like Sixty LES, I never had an issue grabbing a cocktail at the rooftop bar. This was not the case here. I arrived with a group of 7 to head to the Highlight Room at around 7pm (wayyy before the nightlife rush!), and was told I had “priority” as a guest of the hotel, but first I had to commit to spending $350 for us to come up. Don’t advertise your bars as an amenity of the hotel if they are not freely accessible to guests. What if my friends just wanted a nice lemonade and to check out the view?? I guess they’re not welcome or that’s a lot of lemonade we’d have to buy! Just to note: Loosie’s, the club in the basement of the hotel with the “no-attitude dancefloor” — to quote the hotel website — is notoriously snooty at the door, and guests of the hotel are not prioritized for entry there either. We had other plans that night so didn’t even bother, but word to the wise. As for the room: Yes, they’re small. Expected in NYC, and was fine for us since we were only staying 1 night, but I would not want to stay here longer than a couple days. There is no real closet. Just a few hangers on a bar on the wall (some under the television!) so your clothes kind of have to hang flat against the wall. There are cubbies under the bed for storage. Not ideal in such a tight space. I stubbed my toe on them more than once. Maybe I’m clumsy or maybe it’s just a bad design! The light situation is super weird. I don’t know if our lighting was accidentally installed incorrectly, but in order to turn the bathroom light on, you had to have the main room light on. The main room light could be turned on separately. So basically, if you needed to go in the middle of the night, you either had to pee in the dark or turn on the lights of the whole room while your partner is sleeping! (Possible we didn’t see another light switch somewhere but I’m pretty sure the only switches were 2 by the door.) Toiletries: The shower had 2 pump bottles (sustainable. I respect that!) — but one was filled with a shampoo/body wash combo — and the other conditioner. I would expect something a bit more luxe even for a 4 star hotel — and certainly a separate shampoo and body wash! There was no lotion, which is usually standard in even the Holiday Inn. There was one small bar of soap for hand washing. No places to hang towels. I had to throw mine over the top of the shower door. Towels were pretty scratchy too. They do have a steamer and hair dryer. Bless! There was no fridge

It is the first time that we find a hotel room where the TV is bigger than the closet. Perhaps the hotel's policy is to set up the rooms differently depending on the season: large TV and small wardrobe during the warm season and small TV and large wardrobe during the winter season? Amazing! Considering that the space in the closet is only 23 inches (60cm) the suitcases cannot be emptied and must find a place around the bed in order to be opened. The positive consequence is that moving around the room helps to learn the Sirtaki dance steps: 4 steps on the side and two steps forward. The size of the bathroom is inconsistent with that of the room. The bathroom, in fact, is surprisingly large. The drains, on the other hand, are consistent with the narrowness of the room, in fact as soon as we arrived in the room we found the drains clogged (promptly purged by the hotel's ”specialist technician”). The air conditioning, turned on by default, reminds us of a subway station: the same movement of air and above all the same noise when the subway cars arrive. The same ”specialised technician” then intervened to activate the futuristic air conditioning control unit where, by going through labyrinthine menus, submenus and sub-submenus, in the end he was able to access the on/off disclaimer. Unfortunately the instruction manual for this control unit is not available in the room consequently we have replaced that bizarre electronic panel with that archaic tool called ”window” where with a marvelous handle one is able to change the air in the room. The operation of this tool is friendly enough that it does not need an instruction manual. The room is also equipped with a large screen through which at night you can watch the silhouette puppet show. The screen is the dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom built in opaque glass. It is enough to go to the bathroom and turn on the light, whoever is on the bed can enjoy the exhibition, free of charge. The restaurant is quite good and the prices are ok.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stationen verschiedener U-Bahn-Linien sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die legendären DoubbleTree-Cookies einfach nur lecker. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: 1. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein und verfügt nur über wenig Ablagefläche. 2. Es ist von Vorteil, auf der 4. oder 5. Etage zu wohnen, sodassman nicht auf einen Aufzug angewiesen ist. Ansonsten muss man mitunter viel Wartezeit vor den Aufzügen einplanen.

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

Die Lage ist in der jüdischen Wohngegend, die Straße ist nicht sauber, Einkaufen und Essen gehen schwierig und der Verkehr zur U-Bahn ist ungünstig. Der einzige Vorteil ist die Nähe zu Pratt. Tatsächlich ist die Wahl des Hotels in der Innenstadt besser, der Preis ist fast gleich, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Komfortunterschied beträgt das 10-fache.

Nach einem langen Flug aus Großbritannien kamen wir zu Check-in und wurden von sehr freundlichen Empfangspersonal begrüßt, die uns alle um unsere Reise, wo wir reisen, usw. fragten, so dass wir zu Beginn einer Straßenreise erklärten. Wir fragten, ob unser Zimmerpreis das Frühstück enthalten hatte, es tat es nicht, aber der sehr hilfreiche Nate sagte, er wollte, dass wir auf unsere Reise zu einem guten Start gehen und uns einen Frühstücksausweis gegeben. Es war eine wunderschöne Geste, sehr willkommen und am nächsten Morgen hat es uns für den Tag aufgestellt - danke Nate! Das Hotel selbst war gut, das Zimmer perfekt geeignet. Unser einziges Problem war die Familie über den Korridor. Ich glaube, es gab ein Problem mit ihrem Zimmer, so dass sie im Halle waren, so viel Lärm, das in dem Zimmer verbrachte. Ich glaube, mehrere Beschwerden wurden gemacht, als ob es eine Party war. Sicherheit kam ein paar Mal auf und es schließlich ruhte ab. Nur nicht das, was wir nach einem langen Flug um 11 Uhr nach uns brauchten, und ich bin mir sicher, niemand anderes.
