The location was great for me. This new Taipei area is less noisy. Close to a big mall. Five minutes walk. I was on the 25th floor, which was great view. I love the floor to ceiling window.

Very new and comfy room. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed, which is perfect for family with kids. Room is spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfy.

Easiest to get to from Taoyuan Airport. Value for money and a great launchpad to explore rest of Taipei if you are in Taipei for quite a few days. Hotel is relatively new and rooms are spacious compared to properties in the city centre.

Clean and good ambience. Service was very good too. Breakfast quite nice as well! Could improve however with pest control as there were mosquitoes in our room. However we would return again overall :)

Arrived at 4pm when there weren't that many travellers. Hotel staff were very friendly and patient when explaining the hotel policies and the services they provide. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Hotel is a little bit awkwardly placed between two MRT stations, and it's not near any "tourist traps", but once you do get on the MRT you can very quickly get to either Taoyuan airport or Taipei city center. Don't know about their breakfast food quality because it's not included in the room package, but food in Taiwan is cheap enough that I don't mind getting my own breakfast. One small quibble is that the vending machine at the lobby will often run out of stock, especially instant ramen, so be sure to get your late-night snacks at one of the nearby convenience stores before heading back to your room. Overall good value for money.
