We highly value your feedback and regret the issues you raised. Regarding the issue of smoking odor in the room, we are very sorry for the discomfort it brought you. We have conducted a thorough cleaning and ventilation of the hotel rooms and strengthened the no-smoking regulations in the hotel. At the same time, in order to meet your needs for a smoke-free environment, we also tried our best to arrange a smoke-free room for you, but unfortunately, there were no available rooms for replacement on that day (as it was Christmas Eve, all rooms in the hotel were rented out, and we could not provide you with a satisfactory room replacement, for which the hotel apologizes deeply). Regarding the issue of uncontrollable air conditioning cooling/heating, we have reported this problem to the relevant departments so that we can provide you with a better accommodation experience. Since the hotel uses central air conditioning, it will automatically start cooling mode when the outdoor temperature is above 15 degrees Celsius and heating mode when it is below 15 degrees Celsius. The sensory temperature varies from person to person. The hotel provides separate heaters or electric fans for guests who need them. We hope you can understand and be more accommodating given the diverse preferences. Regarding the hair dryer failure issue, the hair dryer has a built-in thermal protection function, which will cut off power after fifteen minutes of use to prevent overheating and fire hazards. If you have any issues while using it, hotel staff will fully assist you in replacing it with a new hair dryer and ensure it works normally. Finally, regarding your request for a refund, we understand your dissatisfaction with our hotel and are willing to provide you with a full refund.
