Ich wünschte, sie hätten kostenloses WLAN und kostenloses Frühstück. Ein bisschen Zimmerservice wäre auch schön, da viele Kranke dort bleiben und einfach keine Lust haben, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Alles daneben schließt um 20 Uhr und ist ziemlich teuer. Es gibt einen netten kleinen Imbissladen in der Lobby. Schöner Pool-/Jacuzzi-Bereich. Sie sollten Patienten und Familienmitgliedern, die bei ihnen übernachten, wirklich Rabatte gewähren, da es sehr teuer werden kann, dort zu bleiben. Sehr saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Fön, Shampoo & Kleinigkeiten. Schönes Atrium zum Sitzen und Genießen. Große kostenlose Parkgarage angeschlossen. Ein Parkservice zum Parken Ihres Autos, Schließung um 18:00 Uhr. Keine Pagen, aber sie haben Karren, die beim Gepäcktransfer helfen. Wäscheservice vor Ort, sehr hilfreich bei längeren Aufenthalten. Die Lage ist ideal, gerade Linie zum französischen Viertel und alle heißen Punkte( 10 bis 12 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Zimmer sind spezial und haben einfache moderne Layout. Es gibt Nespersso Kaffeemaschine mit Zusatzkaffee, sehr geschätzt. Das Badezimmer ist auch spezifisch und sauber, über einen sehr angenehmen 3-Nacht-Unterkunft, empfehlen Sie es sehr jedem.

Ich war nervös, weil ich nicht viel von einer Hotelperson wegen schlechter Erfahrungen überzeitig bin, aber ich wurde erleichtert!! Es war sauber und das Personal war nett! Parken war einfach! Friedlich!! Ich würde definitiv einen Aufenthalt an dieser Stelle empfehlen und ich werde zurück!!

Das war ein Halt, als unser Zug für die Nacht in New Orleans gestoppt und am Morgen ausging. Wir kamen sehr spät, da unser Zug verzögert war und das Personal sehr hilfreich war, uns zu überprüfen. Das Zimmer war ziemlich komfortabel. Es hatte einen Kühlschrank, aber keine Mikrowelle, die wir sehr geschätzt hätten. Wir mussten früh auf sein, um unseren Zug zu fangen und wir konnten wegen des Mangels an der Mikrowelle kein warmes Frühstück haben. Andererseits war alles in Ordnung. Hoffentlich kommen wir zurück, wenn wir länger bleiben können.

Poor Rooms, Poor Service, Poor Experience To begin, we made reservations over 6 months in advance for our daughter's wedding in New Orleans. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival date to request an early check in due to coming from out of town and needing to freshen up for the wedding rehearsal. We were told that it was unlikely we could get into our room before 4 pm due to the hotel being completely booked the night before and needing to get the rooms cleaned. I say this to note that when we checked into our room after 5 pm on the arrival date, the air conditioner in our suite did not work. One would think that if the suite were booked the night before, the facility would know the air conditioner was broken and would have arranged to have it fixed or move us to another suite. Alas, no, we were told there was no one to call to fix the AC and the suggestion was that we leave the balcony door open overnight (in warm, humid New Orleans?!). We asked to be moved. We were moved to a room from the suite. In the room, the television did not work. We were told that ”people don't come there to watch television”. We had a little time to kill between events and would have liked to watch tv. They said they did not have cable and usually have Roku devices hooked up to the tv, but that someone must have ”taken” the remote control and they did not have extras. We asked for our bill (we paid for the suite 6 months in advance) to be adjusted and that we be refunded the difference in price from the suite to the room. We are still waiting for the refund over 2 weeks later. What should have been a fun and relaxing time, was met with frustration and discomfort at every turn. Another member of our wedding party had rented an apartment unit and also did not have air conditioning. One would think that they would have checked the basics before we checked in. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Great location only minutes walking distance to the cruise port/outlet mall and is across the street from the streetcar/trolley line, and only a block from the WW2 museum. From here you can go anywhere in the city that you need. No pool but we don’t swim a whole lot so it’s not an issue. Staff was super helpful with an issue with our room and allowed us to check in early. Will gladly recommend this to anyone and will probably use it again next time we visit New Orleans.
