When we first arrive at the hotel and we checked in. They gave us the key of a room that was already in use. They gave us the keys to room 4134. When we entered the room, it was a mess. There was stuff everywhere. So we had to come back down to the front desk to get new room keys for room 4114.. Within proceeded to go to bourbon street. Because I would say that is the most convenient thing about this hotel is it's location.. When we came back to a room in the middle of the night, the room keys would not work, so we had to go back down to front desk to get them reprogrammed, but the exact same thing happened the next day when we came back after lunch, our roomkies would not work and we had to come. Back down put to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. We never got the room serviced all the we did. Request it from the ladies when we asked them in the hallway. And we never got our conditioner refilled in the bathroom. We define that the hotel was mostly understood for the amount of traffic that comes in and out of the hotel. The checking lines are very long. And when we checked out of the room, we tried to go to the balduc to leave our luggage there while we had something to eat in French quarter. Because our fly out was in until 5 PM and check out is before noon. But we could never find a bellboy or anybody in the belt. Ask to check in our luggage. So we had to carry a luggage with us around french quarter. I do believe that they have to staff the hotel properly.
