Great place. Great staff. Parking! Good location close to freeways abd convention center.

總體滿意，不錯。離會議中心近，停車費也比周邊酒店便宜點。還是很不錯的。早餐比較簡單，品種不多。打掃衞生不是每天都來的。

Good location, close to the convention center and a few restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. Disappointed that so much plastic is getting used for breakfast-all single use items.

Great people. Very nice and clean. Bar across the street but this is New Orleans so you must expect a little noise!

We didn’t get any fresh towels unless we asked for them. Our sheets weren’t changed and the trash was never removed during our entire stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Fast and easy check-in, clean room, great location and decent breakfast options.

Hotel is in great condition and room was very comfortable. Only complaint was the parking was full and had to park several block away and walk.

Super walkable to the French Quarter and much less expensive. But great hotel, big clean room, in great shape. Would recommend.

The hotel was busy because of NYE and the Sugar bowl which is fine but they we were shorted towels, pillows and the breakfast was average; coffee was hit or miss. The staff ignored our “do not disturb “ which was frustrating. The courtyard was closed and the hotel layout was odd— long walk from the elevator to our room.

Overall ok, stayed for one night in a 2 bedroom suite with 1 bathroom. I thought it would have 2, bit disappointed for that. Also thought there was a kitchenette. The price was a bit much. Parking was also a bit much.

It was a great stay, the staff was amazing, the daytime noise from construction was a bit disruptive. The only issue wity the room is since the couch is cloth you could see multiple stains. Otherwise, breakfast was great and parking was easy.

Like the convenience of parking although it came at a premium cost. It was comforting to know my car was safe and conveniently located. The rooms were comfortable though a bit small. We had a balcony which was nice except it overlooked a construction area
