Worst hotel ever . Bad services , I visited a lot of hotels but I didn’t see one very bad in all services as this hotel , bad quality and poor hotel and I will not go again , i visited Hilton and Baroon and Radison and holiday but this hotel is horrible, when I visited I felt so disappointed

The hotel is very accessible lies in a well serviced area, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Gobus company station is next to it. The check-in process was fast. The room was very good, well kept, many thanks to housekeeping. The main restaurant was nice, staff were professional, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The pool area was good but, the pool was not heated enough although they were saying it is heated, towels are only available on request.

Things broken in the room: Phone, AC Not clean: Bathroom Does not exist: baby crib Incompetent staff who claim that they will take action but nothing happens!!! Since the phone was broken we had go down 3 times to the reception to remind them that we are waiting for the baby crib. The AC was too cold so after a second time of us reminding them, they sent us someone who clicked around on a few buttons. Still nothing was fixed and we had to ask them to send someone a second time and they claimed to have turned the AC off. We slept in a freezing cold room with our 5 months baby who woke up cold. The second day we demanded to change rooms and we asked for a refund of the first night. We got a new room but no refund. We were promised a free meal but nothing happened. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want good experience in Cairo.

Since i reached the garage till the lobby no one offered help with my luggage. The receptionist offered Upgrade that i never caree about Next day they called mid day asking to move out of the room to another non upgraded room I was so ok, although i was almost getting out to travel to work but i decided to empty the room and move to the other one with no hassle 7 am reception gave me a wakeup call!!!!!!!! i never asked for it i finished work 4 am and just got into bed ac not working restroom broken i called reception because i cant sleep 15 minutes i followed up with the reception the same person was asking me again wgat my problem is !!!!!! i went down to reception and she was very very veryyyyy unprofessional poker face replying me that she will check whats up with my restroom !!!! donot go to this hotel !!!!!! hell is more fun than staying in helnan landmark
