일단 위치는 버스정류장에서 20분은 걸어야합니다. 공항에서 가까운 줄 알고 예약했는데 제 실수였죠. 택시를 타도 공항까지 30분은 넘게 걸립니다. 호텔 공항 드랍 서비스 가격을 물어보니 6,000루피라더군요. 우버택시로는 1,000루피가 안나왔습니다.
수영장은 예약사이트에 나온 모습과 전혀 달랐습니다.
규모도 작고 선배드 질이 저래서 수영장은 가지도 않았습니다.
발코니는 옆 객실과 벽이 없어 개인적으로 이용하기 어렵습니다.
조식에 나오는 음식 종류가 매우 열악합니다.
메인이라고 할 만한 음식은 커리가 전부입니다.
진열해 놓은 빵엔 파리들이 앉아서 배를 채우고 있습니다.
그리고 2일을 예약했는데 1일만 예약됐다면서 방을 비우고 나가라고 했습니다. 제가 예약한 내용은 확인할 생각도 안하고 시스템에 예약이 1일밖에 안되어 있고 이미 다른 손님으로 예약을 채웠으니 무조건 나가라고 했습니다. 스리랑카에서 적지 않은 가격을 받지만 그만한 서비스와 퀄리티를 갖춘 호텔이 아닙니다. 호텔의 얼굴인 프론트에는 인상 드럽고 불친절한 아저씨가 앉아 있습니다.
네곰보를 둘러보니 호텔 많더군요. 여기만은 선택하지 마세요.

Toll direkt am Strand gelegen mit sehr sauberem und gepflegtem Pool. Bei den Zimmern war es nicht überall so sauber, die Klimaanlage hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert und es ist allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings super gelegen mit tollen Restaurant "Blue by you" nebenan.

Just returned home from a 23 night stay at this hotel in room 127, whilst visiting friends. From the outset staff could not have been more helpful, informative or friendly. A special thanks to Steve (owner) Greta (Housekeeping Manager) and Angela (Front Office Manager). The room was enormous, extremely well appointed, toiletries, water, tea coffee, kettle, fridge / freezer, free safe in reception. The room was 30 seconds from beach, with the pool right outside the patio doors also, with plenty of sun beds. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. Breakfast was exceedingly good with a massive choice of food to suit all palates with cooking stations also. The pool was very clean, being managed each day. A fantastic hotel, very well located on the beach. All of the staff are extremely, helpful, energetic, willing to help and please, a truly magnificent team. Thank you very much for a great holiday. We just booked 1 night as it was close to the airport to recover from the flight before starting our tour. It is not expensive at all so your expectation should not be too high. Room was comfortable with nice balcony and there was a pool and access to the beach. Had a Sri Lankan curry lunch buffet when we arrived Breakfast was also included and nice fruit and also local food on offer. Slightly annoying as we were the only ones there as it was early and 7 staff all standing in the corner chatting - we had to go over and ask if we could have some tea and coffee - which is surely a basic to offer the minute guests sit down Staff on reception not that efficient so don't expect a speedy checkout Adequate for the price

Budget hotel. Good food and beverage options. WiFi available. Easy Access from airport. Some of the facilities are dated and may need renovation. Courteous staff. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Easy access to the beach. Overall well maintained.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff and we were made very welcome. Great outdoor facilities with an inviting pool. Beds were comfortable. Food was excellent and the meals provided were presented in a very professional manner. Table staff were always on hand for any last minute requirement. Lovely place to stay.

Not served welcome drink, Late checkout 1pm they ask to pay additional 1500lkr, staff not guest friendly, When I went to have breakfast, they approached me as if they had sneaked in and asked if I had paid for breakfast,

The hotel room was spacious and clean and had access to the pool through patio doors. The staff were polite and extremely helpful and there was a good choice of food on the menu in the restaurant. Nice to walk through the grassed/ garden area to the beach

Great location. Value for money. Spacious rooms. Clean and comfort. Provided a good breakfast with options. Might not comparable to a 5 star, but what was provided is beyond the expectation compare to room rate. Highly recommend for those who stay until their departure or locals.
