Wir haben zwei Zimmer für meinen zweiten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel beschäftigt. Ich finde dieses Hotel ruhiger als andere. Das Hotelpersonal ist alles so freundlich, geduldig und untergebracht. Sie wollen wirklich Ihren Aufenthalt großartig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants in der Gegend und es ist eine sehr kurze Fahrt zum Newton-Wellesley Hospital, wenn Sie in der Gegend für medizinische Bestellungen sind. Wir werden sicherlich bei späteren Besuchen in der Gegend bleiben!

Hier war es vier Nächte, während er unsere Tochter in der Schule besuchte. Typische Homewood Suites, ein Schlafzimmer war sehr geräumig für unsere Familie. Aufgrund der Eincheckung und Verwendung der Schlüssel auf der App hatten wir nicht viel Kontakt mit dem Personal, aber als wir es getan haben, waren sie freundlich und hilfreich. Frühstück war wie erwartet post-Covid aber einige der heißen Artikel waren wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage am 95. Ort war sehr bequem und obwohl unser Zimmer mit der Autobahn konfrontiert war, Lärm war kein Problem. Die Küche war schön gelagert. Einige Wartung ist notwendig, da Gräte und Teppich gefärbt wurden, aber nichts schreckliches; die Suite war sonst sauber. Das Hotel war sehr beschäftigt, aber wir hörten nicht wirklich irgendwelche Nachbarnslärm. Wir werden sicher wieder hier bleiben, wenn in der Gegend!

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for about a week during which time we were accused of smoking on the premises when neither my wife or I smoke first it went from the alarm went off to housekeeping and staff walked by and smells a strong odor coming from the room to then it be a supervisor walking by and smelling a strong odor and then when we finally said, please come in because we don’t smoke and they saw that we had the window open. It turned into all we had a security guard that walked by and Shasha buddy, hanging out the window and smoking if which, if that was the case I’m sure they would have led with that rather than give us the eight other excuses first , furthermore, if Security actually saw somebody hanging out the window smoking, I’m sure we would’ve gotten an immediate phone call from the front desk regarding the danger of somebody hanging out the window and the fact that they don’t allow smoking on the premises. It is my opinion as my wife’s as well with the only reason that they continuously said these things was to try and get us to leave early so that they could rent the room out to somebody at full price because we were getting the room at a discounted rate. Disappointing to be treated like you’re less of a customer because you use one of these third-party applications the gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable. However, everybody else is there was extraordinarily disrespectful as a complete and utter opposite.
